This was a comfortable and quiet stay for our weekend trip to see the Indiana Fever. Super walkable to everything downtown has to offer, including Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Safe area, plenty to do and see nearby. The apartment was clean and the building was very quiet. The location was great.

Everything about the stay was great. It was clean, very comfortable, had all the necessary kitchen items, and was nicely laid out. We loved the airiness of the high ceilings. Sean, the host, was extremely prompt with his communications and was very committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible.

I had an excellent stay! The space was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown Indy and close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, answering questions quickly and making sure everything was seamless from start to finish. Truly a first-class experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great stay in a super location

We had a great stay in Sean's place - it was a brilliant location for our conference at the convention centre (about 10mins walk), and the apartment was really well equipped. Communication was really clear and timely, and check-in was simple. Would definitely stay again if we're ever back in Indy!

The host was very welcoming, I enjoyed the little basket of snacks and waters too. I was there for work at the state house, its only a half mile from there. I was able to park my car in a near by parking garage and walk everywhere i needed to go. Very comfortable and cozy. Bed sleeps comfortable too! I will definitely be back.

Stayed for a quick overnight trip. Property was close to Gainrbridge and Lucas Oil Stadium. Easy directions from owner to check in. Parking was convenient at a garage very close to apt. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops around the apt. Place was clean and quiet. We had a good night sleep.

Exactly what we needed

The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. Only change I would seek is finding out check-in information a bit earlier. But the host was extremely responsive on chat and the experience was great. Thanks!

This is a lovely condo great if you need to work in the area for a couple of days. It is walking distance to restaurants and in a good area of town. Nice decor and stocked well with kitchen tools. Keurig is great. If you are bringing multiple people, know there is one bathroom. Also, it is solidly in downtown so it doesn't get very dark in the condo at night- doesn't bother me but if you need a totally dark room- that is not possible. I found the bed comfortable and it was pretty quiet. I appreciated the little snacks on arrival. Will definitely look for this place again when I come to work here in the future!

A couple things that would have made stay better. 1st the hair dryer needs to be replaced. It only worked on slow and took forever to dry hair.2nd getting the tv's to work. Instructions would have been very helpful to get programing setup.3rd: There were no trash bags. Also, and this is probably totally out of your control but the street noise became a real nuisance. A couple nights it was after midnight before it was tolerable. We plan to come back next year. We will keep your VRBO in mind, hopefully these points will be addressed.

Hi Debra. Thank you so much for your helpful feedback. I truly appreciate you bringing these items to my attention. I’m happy to let you know that the hair dryer has been replaced, TV instructions have been added for easier use, and we've ensured that trash bags are now readily available for future guests. While the street noise is unfortunately outside of our control, I understand how that can be frustrating, and I’m sorry it impacted your stay. I’m so glad to hear you're planning to come back next year — I’d love the opportunity to host you again and ensure everything is just right for your return. You're always welcome!

Overall our stay was good. The host was great with communication. It was an awesome location for seeing a game at Gainbridge. We felt the price was good for the amount of space and location. The place could use a deep cleaning (shower curtain, vents, etc) but it was clear the place had been thoroughly cleaned on the major surfaces, (beds, counters, toilets, etc.)
