I spent a wonderful time in Wilmington at Marley’s Manor. The location was perfect for visiting the downtown area, the Saturday farmers market, and it was even a short walk to the German restaurant… Prost.The house provided all the necessary amenities, everything was clean, and the backyard was wonderful. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway; it is a great base for exploring Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, which are both within a 30 to 40 minute drive.

Great house with all things you would need. Nice sitting area and charcoal grill possibly a second fry pan would be good. If I had to find fault and only reason not all 5’s would be the location.

Our host was always available to respond to our questions. The home was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. We stayed for a month and having a washer and dryer was important to us. The location of the house allowed us to walk to the historic center to shop and go to various restaurants. We looked for places that allowed us to bring our dogs and this home was very accommodating.

Easy to find, clear instructions. Well stocked with all the necessities, comfortable beds, a nice back patio. Very accessible location to Market street.There was hair in the shower drain and mold on the shower door trim (main bathroom), which was surprising since the house looks like it has been recently renovated. The water pressure from the shower head is also too high, the water hits the body hard.

We came in for a wedding and we had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and went out for all other meals. The iron came in very handy. The Brooklyn arts district was cool. We walked to Brooklyn Cafe!

Wilmington Family Beach Trip

This was the first time my fiancés brother got to meet our 1 year old baby:) and the first time we had met his brothers wife! It had been a couple of years since they live in NC and we live and Texas, and this house was the best home base for our visit! Beautiful property, very clean, and extremely well stacked with essentials, felt right at home!

Immaculate

The property is gorgeous and perfect for a family. Located in a great location to access both downtown areas as well as the beach. I have stayed in many VRBO's and this ranks as one of the best if not the best.

Impressive Place

Marley Manor is one of the nicest VRBOs I’ve stayed in. The backyard is extremely private, well lit, and has nice really nice artificial turf. The interior is thoughtfully decorated and has all you will need. Great TVs! You can tell there was lots of love and care put into the decor of this place.

Family Vaca!

We had such a great time at Marley Manor! Perfect amount of space for my family of 4 and our fur baby! We didn’t have the best weather for our week in NC but we loved our stay. Owner was very responsive, which we appreciate so much! We would definitely stay again :)

Short Stay

We were in Wilmington for a campus tour. There were 8 of us. It was a one night stay but the property was new, clean and perfect for our needs. The property owner was very responsive and we would definitely stay there again.

Great house in a poor neighborhood

The house was very nice, in general it was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was my only concern. Loud planes going overhead and neighborhood homes were not well kept. But we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Perfectly appointed beautiful home

Marley Manor tops the list of homes we have stayed at over the years. It is elegantly appointed, offering everything needed to experience a top of line vacation home. King size beds were so comfy & beautiful bathrooms had the best shower pressure ever !! Erica is responsive & so accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Immaculate and comfortable

It was the perfect size space for our family. Well- stocked and beautifully decorated. Very clean. We walked to a local beer/brew place but not walking distance to Riverwalk. You have to drive BUT Uber was easy and cheap. We would stay again if in Wilmington.
