Located in historic Northside & walking distance to Allegheny General Hospital, Mexican War Streets, PNC Park, Heinz Field (Acrisure), Andy Warhol Museum, Children's museum, West Park, pubs, breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and all North Side/North Shore attractions. Only 1 mile from downtown and the Strip district. The North Side boasts several notable museums and cultural institutions. The Carnegie Science Center is a family Friendly destination with interactive exhibits and an IMAX theater. Nearby, the Andy Warhol Museum celebrates the life and art of the iconic pop artist who was born in Pittsburgh. Additionally, The National Aviary showcases a diverse collection of birds from around the world.

The space: Turn of the century remolded brick row house that is walkable to all that North Side has to offer. No need to worry about driving just park your car in your own private lot in the back of the house and walk right in. This house will delight your senses as soon as you open the door. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and ready for the chef of your group to whip up something delicious. The dining room table is a great spot to gather around and enjoy a cocktail while planning an evening out— or staying in and playing board games with the kiddos. The living room in the house is the perfect setting with colorful decor and two soft cozy couches to sink into. Turn on the 50 inch TV to watch the big game or enter your account info to stream your favorite show. Up the stairs to the beautifully decorated bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Fall into one of the glorious king beds and surround yourself with comfort. Another bedroom also awaits with a single bed attached to the 2nd floor bathroom. For the 6th & 7th guest a pull out queen sofa is located on the first floor.

CLEANING PROCEDURES:

We put ourselves in your shoes when it comes to a spic and span space. We know how important it is to enter your home away from home and notice only a clean and tidy suite. We don't outsource our cleaning - our cleaners are professionally trained with a passion for what they do! We personally do inspections before every single check in to ensure a next to perfect totally cleaned space.

ABOUT THREE RIVERS SUITES:

Communication and location. Our suites are walkable to most North Side attractions and downtown Pittsburgh. Just let us know where you would like to go and we will let you know how far the walk or ride is. The cultural district, Mt. Washington and the Strip District are an UBER ride away.

For us COMMUNICATION is key to a hassle free stay. When you contact us our host Caroline she will get back to you ASAP to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Also, if you need an itinerary to get the most out of your visit, let us create one for you. It would be our pleasure to create one for you.

Guest access: Entire home except for the basement and the roof top balcony.

🚁Other things to note: Please take into consideration before booking that Allegheny General Hospital is located directly across the street from our lovely home. You will see and hear the hospitals helicopter from time to time.

North Side is a vibrant location with rich, middle class and the not so fortunate. Please do not rent our house if you are not comfortable with this.

North side has a strong sense of community and pride. It's a neighborhood with a rich history that combines sports enthusiasm, cultural richness, historic charm, and scenic beauty.

This is a Pittsburgh city house with 3 floors and many steps. This house is NOT suitable for those with mobility issues.

Quaint House, Eclectic Neighborhood

My wife and I along with my brother and his wife came to Pittsburgh for a long week end to attend a concert at Acrisure Stadium. The home we stayed in was very clean and well appointed. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries. The location is walking distance to the stadium as well as the downtown area. We walked everywhere while staying. The diversity of the neighborhood is unique, which we enjoyed. High quality restaurants and pubs are in the surrounding area. The only drawback was a hospital that is in the area. The hospital has a helicopter landing pad which had the helicopter coming and going on a frequent basis. The noise of the copter landing and taking off was loud at times. That was mostly during the daylight hours. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the home was comfortable and a nice place to stay.

I'm from a small rural town about 90 minutes away from the city and I've called Pittsburgh my home for the past 22 years. Growing up in a small community makes me appreciate Pittsburgh's "big little" city vibe. Not only for the sporting events, but history and culture can be found around every corner—-from East Allegheny (Deutschtown) to the North Shore and The Strip District to Mt. Washington—there is something for everyone.

I have been hosting since August 2022 and I have found creating an inviting, warm and relaxing space for our guests to enjoy is so rewarding. Comfy and cozy are my favorite adjectives. —-I'm just a little obsessed about it.

My husband and I are parents to an 12 year old hockey player we adore and most weekends we are cheering him on at his games. Yoga is my therapy, I "attempt" playing the piano, and wine and conversation make me happy.

We certainly want to travel someday to one of those beautiful places listed on airbnb vs cold hockey rinks—but for now its fun thinking about it.

Close to many attractions. The Children’s Museum, Carnegie Science Center, The Andy Warhol Museum, The National Aviary, Rivers Casino, Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, coffee shops (Starbucks is two blocks away), local eateries, pubs, and restaurants. The property is also right across from Allegheny General Hospital which is very convenient if your loved one is has a hospital. Although many properties are being revitalized near the house, it’s an up and coming neighborhood as you can see by the recent renovation of the Garden Theatre.

A big dining room table allows for family dinners or game night, Two king beds thats convenient if you have little ones traveling with you. Another huge factor is parking. In Northside parking can be troublesome. We guarantee a space in our private parking lot right right where your enter the house. Our commitment to 24/7 availability is what we pride ourselves on.
