Situated in the suburbs just north of Tucson, near the majestic Catalina Mountains, our home is a haven for relaxation and inspiration. Immerse yourself in our vibrant love of color and art and unwind in our gorgeous backyard featuring a fountain and breathtaking mountain views.

We are located less than 5 miles away from the Oro Valley Aquatic Center. The Center offers drop-in rates should you and your guests want to check out their facility, which features a water slide, a splash pad, and other family-friendly amenities.

Enjoy the convenience of a Trader Joe's store just an 11-minute drive away from our property. Stock up on your favorite snacks and groceries effortlessly during your stay. Or head over to the nearby Target or Walmart.

A short 8-minute drive from our location, indulge in the legendary flavors of In-N-Out Burger, (if you don't know what this is, definitely check it out!) known for their mouthwatering "animal-style" burgers and fries.

Shopaholics will find paradise here, with easy 18-minute drive to Tucson's Premier Outlet mall. Spend your day hunting for fantastic deals on your favorite brands and return to our welcoming space to relax. For those seeking a bit more variety, explore the 80 miles of paved and dirt bike paths that weave through Oro Valley, promising hours of biking adventures.

Located in the beautiful Catalina Shadows Estates, our desert retreat is not only a place of rest and relaxation, but a gateway to the vibrant desert life of Oro Valley. Located near grocery stores like Trader Joes, restaurants, and shopping.
Our guests have access to the entire house including the backyard and garage. Two locked closets inside the home (one in the gym, and one in the main living area) are off-limits to guests.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by our expansive living space that includes an entertainment room, dining area, and family room. Our fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and is fully stocked to assist you in preparing meals for friends and family. Enjoy a meal at our large marble dining table and utilize the spacious island for preparing your culinary masterpieces.

Our entertainment room with our beautiful and comfortable sectional sofa features a 77" OLED LG TV with Apple TV, and a Sonos soundbar, providing the ultimate cinematic experience for everyone. On cooler nights, bask in the warmth of our gas fireplace and appreciate the beautiful art that surrounds you. Our dedicated workspace is in the kitchen nook, allowing you to enjoy the gorgeous backyard view while working remotely, or just sipping your morning coffee.

BEDROOMS:
The Peaceful Prime Bedroom: Retreat to our king-size bed with a 70" LG 4K Smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a large bathtub and walk-in shower. Our large bedroom window overlooks our flower-filled backyard, offering a serene escape. Room-darkening curtains allow for peaceful slumber day, or night.

The Serenity Bedroom: Find peace in the queen-size bed surrounded by our beautiful artwork that evokes the calming energy of the desert. Our neutral decor encourages peacefulness of mind and body. Have a meditative moment, watch something on your computer, and get a peaceful night's sleep.

The Tranquil Time Bedroom: Unleash your creativity and inspiration in the vibrant, yet tranquil space with a king-size bed, making it a perfect place to unwind and reconnect. Art that inspires, and high ceilings giving you room to breathe.

The Movement Room: Stay active in our gym equipped with a SoulCycle smart bike and a Tonal personal gym. A couch awaits for post-workout relaxation or meditation. Work on your mind and your body.

BACKYARD:
Our fully fenced and private backyard offers an outdoor dining table with seating for six for al fresco dining year-round. We have outdoor seating as well under our gazebo, which allows both protection from the sun, and bugs. The view from our backyard is stunning- you can dine, or lounge and enjoy the alpenglow of the Catalina Mountains.

Many local critters frequent our backyard, from friendly quail and doves who frequent our bird feeders, to the numerous lizards who call our yard their home. If you're a bird-lover, you will love sitting outside! Our large grassy lawn (yes, it's *real* grass) is regularly and lovingly maintained by the owner and is a rarity in southern Arizona.

DOGS ALLOWED:
We are dog lovers and are happy to host families who choose to travel with their dogs. We allow one, well-behaved, dog per visit. However, if you'd like to bring two dogs, please reach out so we can chat!

FAMILY-FRIENDLY:
We are parents, and we understand that having certain amenities at your short-term rental can make traveling much more enjoyable! We have a highchair with a full harness, a portable booster seat, children's dishes, a portable crib, and a selection of toys for our younger guests. We recently added a set of bed rails to fit on the bed in the Serenity Bedroom, and a blackout screen for the window.

EV CHARGER:
Our full-sized garage is available for our guests, including our Tesla charger. Two sedans can comfortably fit in the garage, and there is also driveway parking available. No on-street parking is allowed overnight.
