The Space:

Level 1:

Half acre landscaped yard, recreation room with pool table and card table plus 75 inch tv and 2 pub tables, kitchenette with wet bar with ice maker, beverage center and full size refrigerator, separate game room/library, 1 bedroom (with Double bed and pyramid bunk), full hall bath (with shower) and access to pool area. Theater room with Sonos system, new tv and leather chairs, private saltwater pool, new hot tub, open air dry bar, gas grill, sand volleyball court.



Level 2:

Mid-level foyer and large hall. 5 master bedrooms (1 with King, private deck access and tub/shower; 2 with King and tub/shower with shared access to covered deck; 1 with Queen, private deck access and tub/shower; 1 with 2 Doubles, access to shared covered deck and tub/shower).



Level 3:

Spacious dining/kitchen/family room area with bamboo floors and new appliances and kitchenware. Large sun deck off the living room and dining room with picnic table for dining al fresco, half bath. Master Bedroom (with King with soaking tub, shower and double sinks).



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
