Under 5 min walk to Mystic Main Street and Shops. 5 min walk to S&P Oyster House. 200 yards to Mystic Seaport. 10 min walk to Mystic Aquarium. All new furnishings throughout home. New bedding and linens. Minutes from Watch Hill, RI - Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun and 30 mins to Newport RI. Two completely renovated bathrooms in Dec 2023.

Talk about a great location! The river is only steps away, as is all the fun in downtown Mystic. It was cold - I’m sure it’s gorgeous in the Summer! Chris was an attentive host and responsive.

Excellent weekend stay

One of the best VRBO rentals we have had. Host was communicative. House was prepared, clean, comfortable, and centrally located, just steps from the Seaport and 5 minutes from town. Would recommend highly.

Awesome Stay!

The house is adorable and so nicely appointed. It was a perfect location for a quick walk to downtown or to the Museum. Chris is a fabulous host and so accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

This is the perfect property for a couple or a small family. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of pretty much everything that downtown Mystic has the offer. The newly landscaped patio and backyard make for an excellent setting for enjoying peaceful evenings after dinner.

Charming home near downtown Mystic

Communication with the owner was excellent. The location of this house is convenient to multiple main roads and highways and it was easy to get to other towns, including Rhode Island. It was within walking distance of downtown Mystic.

Perfect home for a getaway to Mystic

We had a wonderful weekend at Chris's beautiful home in Mystic. The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was perfect for two couples, offering a spacious downstairs area to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping. We also loved the garden and yard, which provided a lovely space to unwind outdoors. The location was ideal — just a short walk to both downtown Mystic Village and the Mystic Seaport Museum. Chris was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was a breeze.

Enjoyable stay

Well maintained and very clean with a responsive host. Walkable access to downtown Mystic and all its offerings. Mystic Seaport is only a few steps away as are charming views of the river. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property was exactly what we were looking for: early check in, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, private parking, walking distant to all stores, very quiet at night, very safe area. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Chris, the property manager was very understandable when we asked him to check-in earlier. We greatly appreciate his consideration!

The property is super clean and cozy. Chris was a really good host and was available and responsive to any questions.. The location is excellent being within walking distance of downtown and the seaport museum. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.the seaport museum.
