Excellent property / Excellent ownder

We had thought this was a property we used before, so we booked. Even told this to the user. We found out it was across the highway from the other property and we were glad we made the mistake. This is an excellent property, pet friendly and real close to everything we wanted to do. Great communication from the owner and check-in was smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend this property for your next or returning stay in San Antonio.

Perfect location for us

Easy check-in. And Carlos accommodated us with a much earlier check-in than normal. We didn't use the updated kitchen

Everything about this VRBO was easy...from reservation to check in to check out. Located conveniently to where we wanted to be, quiet neighborhood, good for early morning walks. The place was clean. No evidence of pests as stated in previous review which indicates a proactive owner taking care of business to me.

Good place but needs urgent pest control

The place was nice and cozy but roaches were everywhere. In the restroom, in the kitchen even inside the coffee pot. The footboard in the master bedroom is larger than the matress; which caused us to get bruses in both our legs. Other than that the place is nice... Small but nice. Landlord was very helpful and answered my messages almost immediately... That is very appreciated. Thank you.

Great Area- Perfect for dogs

We really enjoyed our time in San Antonio! The location of the property was perfect, nice neighborhood & close to everything. Fenced area for pups.

Burke Stay 3/28 - 4/2/19

This was our 2nd time staying at this house, and again we found it easily accessible, clean and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for us due to proximity to our son and the airport and it was a very easy drive into downtown San Antonio. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The very nearby park (MacAthur) made for a nice place for a walk, and it looks like they've just installed some new playground equipment.
