Hi Shrinath, Thank you so much for the review and glad you enjoyed the condo. Since Put-in-Bay has such a small water treatment plant, we try our best to reduce the stress on the system in order to have water pressure for other needs on the island. The best way to do this is by having guests bring their own linens in the poolview condos. I hope you understand! We look forward to having your group stay again in the future!
