Retro-inspired Pocono ranch, 4BR/2BA, sleeps 10, dogs welcome (fee applies). The Layout

Poconos Atomic sleeps up to 10 across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, freshly remodeled to capture the swanky essence of atomic-age design. Two bedrooms have king size beds, 1 has a queen, and 1 has two full size. Each have cozy memory foam mattresses and their own TV. Living room, dining room, full kitchen, plus arcade and movie room.

Living, Kitchen & Players Club

The fully equipped kitchen serves coffee three ways (drip carafe, Keurig, or French press), perfect for slow mornings before a day at the lake. Downstairs, the home theater features a 75" TV and PS5, and the "Players Club" arcade room is stocked with 300+ arcade games, air hockey, and pong — a genuine standout for groups with kids, teens, or retro-loving adults. For the audiophiles, the turntable spinning by the cozy fireplace, and recently updated vinyl collection sets the right vibe.

Outside

The private backyard is where this home really shines: a starlit hot tub for year-round soaking, an above-ground pool generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day, and a Solo Stove smokeless firepit for evenings (wood and kindling not guaranteed, but sold at most nearby shops). The deck has lounge furniture and market lights, with sunrise views from the back of the house and sunset views from the front — golden hour, both ways. Two adult bikes are available to ride to the nearby lakes and community amenities (ride at your own risk).

The Details

Bathrooms are stocked with sustainable Public Goods toiletries. The home is fully connected with WiFi, a smart lock, AC/heating and a Nest thermostat — a retro feel without compromising on modern comfort. Daily visits from local wildlife are common, so keep an eye out.

The entire Atomic Ranch is yours for the length of your stay — all 4 bedrooms, the Players Club arcade room, kitchen, pool, hot tub, and firepit area are exclusively for your group. The only exception is one small locked supply closet used for our cleaning and maintenance supplies.

Entry

Self check-in with a smartlock — your unique code will be sent before arrival. No keys, no lockbox, no need to coordinate timing with us.

Parking
There is no street parking or overflow parking in the community. All cars must fit inside the garage and/or on the driveway. The HOA also requires that you register your vehicle information with them in advance — we'll send you instructions on how to do this before your arrival.

Community Amenities

As a guest of Poconos Atomic, you'll also have access to the shared Indian Mountain Lakes community amenities — the 5 lakes, 2 seasonal pools, basketball and tennis courts, and playgrounds — with a wristband purchase (see Other Things to Note for pricing).

✱Pet fee: $150 per dog, only approved and pre-vetted dogs permitted. Please keep pets leashed outdoors, off furniture and beds, and clean up after them — damage, stains, or excess hair will result in additional charges.
✱Indian Mountain Lakes HOA amenity wristbands: $10 per guest over age 5, required to use community pools, lakes, playgrounds, and sports courts (purchase in advance through us, or in-person during your stay).

What We Provide

Linens (bedding + towels), toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion), a fully stocked kitchen (dishware, glassware, cooking and serving utensils, blender, toaster), propane for the grill, a coffee bar (ground coffee, pods, creamer, sugar), basic cleaning supplies, and a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper.

What to Bring

Groceries and cooking oil (we don't stock anything with an expiration date), aluminum foil, and firewood — often available, but not guaranteed. Easy to find at several spots nearby.

Booking Requirements

Please read our full house rules before booking. All guests are required to complete our rental agreement, attest to house rules, and provide a copy of a valid driver's license at the time of booking. Must be 25 years old to book.

House Rules

~No Parties or Events- due to Airbnb`s anti-party policy, we have anti-party technology in place to prevent parties. Only registered guests are allowed at the property.

~No Smoking in the house or the garage. Smoking is only permitted outdoors and please use receptacle provided for cigarette butts; do not throw them in the yard. Additional cleaning charges will be passed to guests that leave cigarette butts in the yard.

~Pets- Only approved and pre-vetted dogs are allowed. Additional pet fee of $150 per dog applies and will be requested through the app. We ask that you be responsible for your pet`s behavior, keep them leashed while outdoors at all times, and keep them off the furniture and beds. Clean up after your pet. Any damage, stains, or excess hair left by pets will result in additional charges.

~Quiet Time- please go indoors before 10PM. We are located in a quiet neighborhood of locals and we respect their peace.

~Wildlife- you will surely see many types of wildlife during your stay. Please keep your distance and give them respect. Do not feed animals! Feeding them is not good for their health and can be dangerous for you. Keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent the wildlife from coming indoors. Please ensure garbage is never left outdoors as wildlife will rummage through it and make a mess.

~Pool rules- No Diving, no running, no food, no glass, no rough play, watch your children, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

~Bicycles and helmets in the garage are available for you to use at your own risk.

~Tampering with security devices is cause for termination of your stay.

~Hot tub- Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Beauty products such as lotions and soaps can cause build up that requires additional cleaning. Please keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use, which keeps it at the desired temperature and clean. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay (e.g. drain and refill), additional fees will be assessed.
