Towamensing Trails is a private residential lake community offering a variety of amenities:

Per HOA guidelines, a maximum of 8 guest wristbands will be provided to access the neighborhood amenities. After your reservation is confirmed, you will be sent a request to sign the community registration form. This must be completed and returned at least 5 days prior to check-in for issuance of guest wristbands and vehicle passes.
$7.99 per vehicle pass is required to be paid for parking on property during the stay. The vehicle pass also enables access to trash disposal and parking throughout Towamensing Trails.

PARKING:
Driveway parking is available for up to 5 cars.

SECURITY:
For your safety the property is equipped with Ring security cameras (Main door, Front, Driveway, Backyard). All cameras are located on the exterior of the home and clearly visible. No hidden cameras are present.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of three closets, a spare fridge, and garage that contain supplies and all these will be locked and labelled appropriately.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that for last-minute bookings, there may be a delay in processing amenity use badges due to the time required for paperwork. The community beach and pool are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, contingent on lifeguard availability.

2026 Amenities Schedule:
• May 26, 2026: Amenities open on weekends only.
• June 15 – September 2, 2026: Amenities open daily.
• Pool Hours: 11 AM to 6 PM (subject to change without prior notice).
• September 2, 2026: The pool will close for the season, but the beach will remain available for boating and kayaking.

Hours:
Rentals are open daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM starting the weekend after Father’s Day (June 15th).

Requirements:
You’ll need a wristband (which I’ll provide) and a valid photo ID to rent. Each rental session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Pricing:
• Pedal Boat: $45
• Stand-Up Pedal Boat: $25
• Single Kayak: $25
• Double Kayak: $35

Community Guidelines:
• Burn Ban/Outdoor Fires: Any outdoor open fires, propane ambiance tables and Chimeneas are not allowed. Violations may result in a $500 fine and/or a citation.

• No Fireworks: The use of fireworks is not allowed. Violations may result in a $500 fine and/or a citation.

*** BBQ Use: Propane grills are allowed. Propane tank will be provided though it is recommended that guests bring their own tank. Please follow these safety precautions:
• Only use grills on flat, non-flammable surfaces, away from the house and deck railings.
• Never leave a lit or hot grill unattended.
• Avoid grilling on windy days, as sparks can easily spread.

*** Cleaning:
• Our property and hot tub are professionally cleaned before each guest’s check-in.
• Additional cleaning services during your stay may be available for an extra fee. Please contact your host for more details.
• Take your trash- Vehicle passes will enable access to the trash disposal and guests should carry their trash with them.
• A standard cleaning fee is charged to cover routine sanitization between guests. However, excessive cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in a state that requires unreasonable or specialized deep cleaning.
