B-day stay
The good, location with beach access was awesome and convenient, spacious with two bedrooms kitchen and everything you need, plus beach supplies were a big surprise and my whole family thanks you for that.
The bad or not to good: place is completely outdated and not as clean as we wished, vents have mold are dusty and light fixtures have rust,the master bedroom balcony is closed and in need of repairs, bird poop al over, at least the fist floor was accessible and we mad the best of it.
I can only imagine if that property invested in itself, diamond in the rough, overall we did enjoyed our stay and as much as we would of liked a cleaner and updated property, its location and accessibility helps a lot. My family and I thanks you for your hospitality and communication
