This is a great location. Having both the beach and the pool so close was incredibly convenient and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was nice, and the view was beautiful.Although we experienced a small issue after check-in, the host responded quickly and resolved it right away. We truly appreciated the help.We had a wonderful stay and made some great memories here. I would definitely give this place 5 stars and highly recommend it to others!

When cleaning a property, I believe that you should also include cleaning behind the doors. This was not the case. The only reason I’m giving a three rating is because we were safe when we were there. However, the television in one of the rooms did not work, the sink needed to be snaked and the water kept floating back up with something floating in the water so I had to brush my teeth in the tub. The door to the shower broke. all this was communicated and I did not receive one response as of now. You get what you pay for. I would definitely never stay there again.

The location was good. The pool and the beach were close and convenient. The size worked really well for 5 adults. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reach the host. There were blankets/sheets left in the washer from a previous guest. Also, the TV didn't work in 1 loft room. The TV in the other loft room was very small and hard to see. Some update to the unit would make it much better.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. Tiki bar had savory food and delicious cocktails.

The place was clean, comfortable and nice. The bedroom TVs do not work well at all. The biggest complaint is that nowhere in the listing did it note that the smoking area for the whole facility is right outside the balcony. This caused the place to smell like marijuana and cigarettes and the balcony unusable for us. The property manager was really good about addressing the smell quickly but it did require us to not be allowed inside for a couple of hours.

It serves its purpose. Clean, spacious, and nice amenities. We did rent a car but there were plenty of taxis, Uber, Lyft available. I recommend this stay

Good location, if your looking to be near the beach. Apartment is a bit outdated, but has a lot of room for the entire family. Access to the gym and walking distance to beach, is a plus. Overall good stay.

Overall experience was average. Building and condo are both pretty outdated. Can’t really beat it for the price though. Worked great for our crew. Located right on the beach and food/grocery right on property made it nice. Only did two nights.

The rental was absolutely fantastic! Loved everything about it. Didn't like the smell of Marijuana coming in when leaving and returning from surrounding rentals. Location and experience was perfect!

Over all good

Overall good stay! The floors were super dirty! Not sure if it was ever mopped, but very spacious place! Has when you need with coffee pots and pans for light cooking. Couches were really comfy and was the bed, they also provided us with a last minute baby crib! Over all a good experience, will definitely stay again

The valet service is a third-party company, completely separate from my company. I spent several hours helping the guest with the car issue, contacting the condo management and the valet management on his behalf as well as providing him all the necessary information to file a claim. I do not think it is fair to give a low rating to my property based on an issue unrelated to my company and services.
