It's way worse than you can imagine

Owner rented me the same room you see, but told me it was already rented out when I showed up. Gave me an 8X9 room with no windows or ventilation. This house is surrounded by 3 delipidated houses and is on the verge of falling apart. To be honest, it is disgusting, dirty and the owner is highly paranoid and vindictive. Stay away.

The room looked like in the pictures, however the rest of the house for common shares was quite dirty, looks like is never being cleaned. Heating did not work properly in cold weather. Since the room was facing the back side, there is no sun light. The host’s communication was very bad and arrogant. Even at the slightest issue, he immediately started to display aggressive attitudes. When I reported about the dirt in the small bathroom and heating in the room, he started to accuse me and asked me to cancel reservation by myself without refund and to book somewhere else private! This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such a situation, truly a disgrace. The property apparently receives a lot of complaints, so he immediately became aggressive towards me despite my kind intentions. The ventilation filter was dirty and rusty, threatening human health. There were stains all over the carpets and bad smell and dirts in the bathrooms. This property needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. I don’t recommend to anyone to stay there.
