This 3rd floor corner unit has some of the best views of Beach Haven. This brand new luxury condominium is in the heart of Beach Haven, which offers activities for the entire family. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers easy access to local favorites. 2 blocks to Bay Village, 1 block to Fantasy Island and walking distance to some of the best local restaurants.

After a day at the beach enjoy the sunset from the rooftop, which has firepits and a heated salt water pool (opens May 15th).
The space
Upon arrival you can park your car for the week. Local attractions are all walking distance.

For the beach we have 6 beach badges, 6 beach chairs, wagon and umbrella.

Cleaning Fee - this includes all bedding linens and towels for 6 guests - pillows are provided.
We ask guests to bring their own beach towels.
Guest access
Parking is underground and 2 spaces are available. Space #'s 19 & 20.

Other things to note
The VRBO guest who makes the reservation MUST be present for the stay.
