Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was unaware bedrooms only accessible by narrow and steep stair case. It would have been helpful to disclose that information. Fortunately we did not have a problem except it was strenuous to carry our luggage to bedroom area. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

The location was perfect, steps to the beach. But concerns inside the building were not so perfect. We were excited to be so close to the beach and bring our dog with us. The apartment was clean, kitchen had everything we needed and it was quaint. However the steps up to the 2nd floor where the bedrooms were are very steep, very narrow and the treads were very short. Not an easy climb up and felt dangerous, especially at night if you need to go to the bathroom downstairs. Very concerned about safety. The living room was small and the upstairs loft with twin beds, did not have a closet and the room with the queen bed was so tight, to get around the bed you needed to turn sideways. There was a makeshift closet in there, but it was not large at all. And to get from the queen size bedroom to downstairs, you had to walk through the loft area. We did not expect that. So the photos made it look larger than it actually was. But is was clean and prepared for us to stay. The only other concern during our first night was the fire alarm went off at 3:30 a.m. and thankfully it was a false alarm, but concerning as to why that happened. Owner was notified, so we left it with her to check into. After that, we decided to cut our vacation short, as we felt very apprehensive in the building and left 2 days early. We were not going to post a review, but knew it was good to share about the inside building, in case future guests had limitations and could not navigate the steps too well.

Everything about the stay was flawless. Great communication, clean and Location is the absolute best. Never moved my car parked right in front once. Walked to the best restaurants and stores.

Last Minute Gem

As a soon to be single parent with two children 18 this apartment was the perfect place for us to stay and create memories before they leave for college. It had new and updated renovations, it was clean and felt cozy. The location was PERFECT - easy to get to the beach, short walk to beautiful views of the 4th of July fireworks, short distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, rides and bars to mingle and meet up with people. Although I may look for something larger in the future so we can entertain more guests, we were able to have friends/family visit each day. Check in and check out was super easy, my daughter was able to bring her puppy for the day and the landlord was super sweet and easy to communicate with! I wish we could have stayed here longer

pros: location & cleanliness! AC worked well.cons: no linens or towels (I know it’s an “LBI thing” but still bizarre) or toiletries. no real beach gear to use. depending on when you arrive found parking to be difficult

Terrific!

Communication with host was stellar. Check in was easy, check out a breeze. Hosts allowed us to bring our dog, and with a fenced in yard, this was AMAZING. Plenty of space! Note: there are 2 upstairs bedrooms and they are divided by a door which closes, making them 2 true rooms. However, there isn’t a hallway between them, so folks from one bedroom have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the other parts of the house, including the bathroom. Bathroom is downstairs on the main level.Clean, beautiful space, A/C, incredible location, amazing hosts. Thank you!!

Piece of heaven in LBI

We had such an amazing experience. The house was immaculate and absolutely perfect for our stay of 4. Walking distance to everything, it was the perfect location. Maria was amazing and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

Great Getaway Location

This property was perfect for our girls holiday. Spent 3 nights here with my adult daughters and had plenty of room. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the deck, walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Owners were available and accommodating. Unit was clean and kitchen was equipped with all we needed. We will be back!

Cute place to stay and close to the beach. Great for small family. Upstairs is a railroad setup to get from one bedroom to the other. Overall nice place and super convenient location to Seashell Resort where went to a wedding

Cute and convienent place to stay.

Awesome place with a great location. We were attending a beach wedding and literally had a 2 minute walk to the venue so location was perfect for us. The unit was clean and in excellent condition. You have a deck in unit 3 to enjoy and a wide open courtyard. Owners are super nice and live onsite if you need help with anything.

Beach Heaven

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very responsive and always available. The unit was clean and all amenities were equally as nice. Our only issue was that this unit is described as having two bedrooms. It is one bedroom and a pass through room that is labeled a second bedroom. It doesn’t even have a closet. This unit is ideal for one or two people and perhaps a family with little children so that the pass thru room makes sense. Regardless, the location was ideal of this property and all else was perfect.

Fabulous Little House

My family has been coming to LBI for years and wanted a little more space than the hotels we are used. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and the back deck was the perfect morning coffee spot. Can’t beat the location as we can walk to everything.

Mother’s Day Stay for My Wife and Mother-in-law

I purchased a short two night stay at this apartment style Victorian for my wife and her mom as a Mother’s Day gift for them. They enjoyed being close to the beach and had no complaints. Maria was easy to communicate with and answered my calls and messages promptly and respectfully. She was a kind and generous host.

Graduation get-a-way

Pre-season beach trip, no rain but windy. We enjoyed the area and did some hiking on beach and in the neighborhood. Not many businesses open just yet but did notice that people were making preparations for the upcoming season. Home is in nice location and in walking distance from the main town and businesses.
