As a summer rental, my husband and I understand that the upstairs guests change weekly, and we have limited control over their behavior. However, we will continue to emphasize the importance of being mindful of neighbors to all our guests and include clear guidelines in our rental agreement to minimize noise disturbances. Our driveway is designed to accommodate three cars, with two spaces allocated to the upstairs unit and one to the downstairs unit. While this arrangement may require some coordination between guests, it is one of the reasons we are able to offer our oceanfront property at a more reasonable price compared to our neighbors, who charge significantly higher rates. Additionally, there is often street parking available nearby, which can provide more convenience for our guests. We will make sure to clearly communicate the parking arrangement and street parking options to our guests to ensure they are aware of the situation. We strive to provide a high-quality oceanfront vacation experience at a fair price, and we regret that you felt the additional site charges were excessive.
