Marina Gardens located on a peninsula surounded by Jug Creek in Bokeelia at the north-end of Pine Island on Florida's west coast. This hidden gem and tropical paradise is a small piece of old Florida’s heaven. New furniture, mattresses, bedding, towels, kitchenware in this Townhome. Overlooking Jug Creek, see the dolphins play and catch fish right in front of you. Pelicans diving to catch their fish from your bedroom window, it can't get any better than that. The luscious landscaping and relaxed atmosphere will put you in vacation mode as soon as you drive in our driveway.
This spacious 2-story townhome-unit has lower level:1 bedroom Queen size bed, kitchen, living, laundry, bathroom and screened porch over- looking Jug Creek and the mangroves. Level 2:1 Master bedroom Queen size bed and 2 extra twin beds (in a separate room) sleeps 6 comfortable.
Boating; condo rental comes with a 10k boat lift after May 1st - Oktober 15th. Maximum of a 25 foot boat is allowed on the boat lift. Boat ramp is on our property. Marina is around the corner for boat rental. Fishing, shelling, spectacular sunsets a true nature lover and angler’s paradise! Just a short boat ride to world famous Boca-Grande, Captiva and Redfish Passes and world-class fishing. Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound and surrounding barrier island offer some of the best fishing in the world for Tarpon, Trout, Redfish, Snook, Snapper, Grouper and a host of other species too many to mention. Just 10-minute boat ride to visit famous Cabbage Key where Jimmy Buffett wrote “Cheeseburger in Paradise”! Fish-cleaning station with water/electric and a heated pool. You can fish from the back yard. Walk or bike (2 bikes available in the storage room downstairs and more to rent at Pine Island Center) to the Bokeelia fishing pier for the most amazing sunsets. We also have 2 kayaks available for you to use. We created a relaxing outdoor seating area downstairs with a gas fireplace for the cooler night. BBQ for grilling on site, or just to enjoy a beverage and watch the fish jump out of the water, Manatees and Dolphins swim by! Once on-site you will never want to go back to normal lifestyle. Visit our gem in paradise and you won’t be disappointed!

This was a very nice 10-day vacation rental. It was primarily a fishing trip. The condo had everything we needed. It is well-appointed and tastefully decorated. The boat lift/dock nicely fit our needs as we brought our 18' flats boat. From a fisherman's perspective, the location is very convenient--close to many desirable fishing spots as well as Four Winds Marina. Communication with Johanna was seamless. I very much appreciated the speed of her responses. Without a doubt, she is the most conscientious host I have had the pleasure to deal with. I would certainly stay here again.

Fisherman's Dream House!

This condo was very beautiful and pristine! Quiet location on Jug Creek. My husband could throw a fishing line out a few feet from our lower patio. The screened lanai on the upper level was perfect for morning coffee watching dolphins swim by. We would definitely recommend this condo hope to rent agai !

Superb!

Everything was above and beyond our expectations. I was impressed with the location and proximity of the canals, having never been to Pine Island, and the unit had everything you might need. But what struck me the most was the level of cleanliness! The unit was very clean and welcoming. The people we spoke to in the other units and on the island for that matter, were all super friendly. The little Publix was one of the cleanest and best stocked I have seen anywhere. The property owners are great communicators, and the ease of renting and checking in and out could not have been simpler. Highly, highly recommend!

Awesome, clean, well kept property in prime location directly on Jug Creek. Quiet facility with every amenity for a great vacation. Host was accessible for any and all needs and /or questions and goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definately be back!!

Great Spot-Great Lodging-Great Host

Brothers on a fishing trip, this is a perfect location for our purpose and the unit met all of our needs. The condo appears to have been recently updated...appliances are all new, the bathrooms have large showers, no tubs, they are stylish and in perfect condition. The place was very well stocked with all of the basic supplies and more, I'd wait on shopping until you see what is there. The grounds of the project..which is only 6 or so duplex buildings are very neat and pool looked like a nice place to relax....it was no pool weather on my trip. The unit had a coupe of bicycles and 2 kayaks which was welcome since wind kept us off the Sound while the backwaters were perfectly calm. We did not bring a boat but the docks and lifts that are owned by unit owners very convenient and very well protected. I have stayed at 4 Winds and Bocilla Club condos nearby and these are as nice, a smaller project so fewer people coming and going. I am on Pine Island often and rented many houses and condos, this will be my first choice next trip.
