Just 10 minutes from the Historic Old Mesilla Plaza and Downtown LC, this newly built oasis with mountain views is both convenient and private. Directly behind the home lies Outfall Channel bike path, spanning 4.4 miles through urban and agricultural settings. Pet friendly yard, fit with patio, hot tub, firepit, and cornhole allows every opportunity to enjoy our remarkable SW skies.

Great Clean and Comfy Home!

We had a great time staying here for our first visit to Las Cruces. The view from the backyard and the driveway are awesome! Great location easy to get to all of the things we wanted to do and see. The house was super clean! We would definitely stay here again.

This place is probably the best property our group has ever stayed at through VRBO. The home is relatively new and in excellent condition. The only thing we could think of that would've made it better would be a swimming pool. We experienced zero issues. The residence was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The expectations from the home owner were clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Great place to stay

The property was in a great. Neighborhood, very clean and well equipped. A very large living area, nice furniture. Beautiful views of the mountains from the backyard and a great hot tub. Great place to stay, if we are ever in las cruces i will differently try to stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful home!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this home. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were pristine and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice back yard in a nice neighborhood. Check-in was easy. Looking forward to our next trip in this lovely home. Beautiful and comfy home

The stay was overall amazing. I take blame for not realizing there wasnt a grill in the backyard. But, the firepit and hot tub were amazing features

Very Pleasant Stay

Enjoyed our visit. The house was fully equipped in a relatively new development. Katrina was helpful with any answers. We would definitely visit again. The house is located on the NW side of Las Cruces. Over the stone wall that encloses the backyard is a bike path that accesses the path along the Rio Grande. Beyond that are fields and pecan trees.

Perfect "Stay"cation

On paper this property looked perfect for our visit and in person it was even better! There was more than enough space for all of us and a lovely yard for our dog - not to mention some free treats for her. We were especially grateful for the pantry items, as we arrived late and hungry and were ecstatic to not have to leave to find dinner in the middle of the night. I was impressed with all of the kitchen utensils and dishes available to us. We spent time in the lovely hot tub and I was happy to have the office for when I needed to (unfortunately) step away to do some work. We were so sad to have to leave and we highly recommend to anyone!

My hobbies include bike riding, hiking, cross-fitting, gardening, home improvement projects, and spending time with my family. My professional life includes being a Director (and teacher) of an early childhood program and supporting professionals in learning about Infant Mental Health.

We are new to the VRBO platform but have been hosting for quite some time with 5 star reviews. We strive to offer each and every guest an exceptionally clean and comfortable stay that is accentuated with an outdoor space that is sure to offer fun and relaxation with amazing views! Additionally the beautiful Outfall Channel Multi-purpose Trail path is located behind our home, spanning over 5 miles (paved) through urban and agricultural settings is a great place to explore!
