Very nice, quiet area. Had what we needed to cook a few meals. Walmart and several restaurants were about a 10-minute drive. If you are a golfer, the Sonoma Ranch Golf course is a good course and about a 15-20 minute drive. The host(s) reached out to us to make sure we arrived and to see if we needed anything, that was a very nice welcome. The master bedroom's bed was very comfortable. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Wonderful Stay!!

Thank you so much to Gary and Nancy for hosting us as we were in Las Cruces working on building the new Skatepark. Everything was fabulous, couldn't ask for better hosts or a more wonderful location to call home for over a month. We are grateful!!

The home was nice and in a nice neighborhood. There was an issue with the back neighbor’s dogs barking. However, Gary handled the situation as best as he could.

Perfect!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Gary and Nancy were great! Communication was prompt and easy. We will definitely stay here again when we return to lovely Las Cruses.

Gym meet

This place was great. We we suppose to stay 2 nights but only could stay one night due to an emergency.It was clean and spacious and wished we could have stayed longer.Hosts were amazing with communication and were trying every possible way to make our stay great.

Clean, comfortable, excellent amenities

We stayed here with our two dogs because of a family emergency. Gary was very accommodating and worked with us so that we could have early access. Amenities included coffee pods and creamer, breakfast cereal and granola bars. Nice propane fireflace too!

Comfortable & well-appointed home.

We came to Los Cruces for the Mesilla Valley Balloon Festival. The home was spacious, very clean & well-appointed including a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen with all you need for meal prep and an outside patio complete with grill. And we enjoyed the fireplace in the living room, too.

Unfortunately i wasn't able to make it due to a hospital stay. So rather then not have anyone go , my son went instead. According to him was a very nice place, neighbor had some not so positive comments about the area. But other then that great place. We will definately try and rebook the same place next year

I was an art teacher in Albuquerque. After I retired we moved to Silverton, Colorado to a house that I designed and built which was also a VRBO. Then after 12 years we sold that home and moved to Las Cruces. When my 1st wife passed away I turned this Las Cruces home into a vacation rental. I remarried Nancy and moved to her home so dRh (Das Rieder Hausli) became available as a full home VRBO.

This property is in Heritage Farm subdivision, a safe quiet neighborhood. This house was recently remodeled. And, on display is a lot of original art work: mine, family and friends. Guests have use of the whole home except the garage.
