Unit was in great condition! Clean and well-stocked. Beds very comfortable. Did not need to request any maintenance or service while there - everything was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent and it is conveniently located less than two miles from Epic Universe. Having the Publix, Walgreens, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, UPS & various other things in the adjacent shopping center was wonderful! The property was clean, safe, well appointed and spacious. The property manager was fast to reply to our questions and even sent a brand new Keurig to us the first morning when there was a mix up about our condo not having one. We loved our stay here and will plan to stay here again when we visit Orlando. A perfect experience in every way.

Owner was very helpful, and check in/check out is easy. The property is as pictured and the pools, gym and grounds are wonderful. Very close to shopping, theme parks and all Orlando has to offer. Would highly recommend.

Great ambience . The kids love they own space The condo is on top floor and has wonderful views Was our home away from home 20 minutes power walk to EPIC UNIVERSAL 10 minutes walk to International drive Bus stops station on the way . Very central location.

Great place and convenient for the convention center

The condo was clean, easy to access, and a great location. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the convention center, and it was a quick drive with no tolls to get back back-and-forth between the two locations. The grocery store and chipotle within walking distance were perfect. We didn’t take advantage of the pools or rec room at all, so I can’t comment on those. Parking was also plentiful at the condo complex. Overall, we are very happy and would return again.

Wonderful Stay

This was an excellent property and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Very convenient location for the convention center where we spent our time, but also next door to Universal Studios. The unit was very clean and correctly advertised. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The grounds are very well maintained and the ppl area was very nice. Ana was extremely prompt in responding to questions or concerns and made our stay completely seamless.

Perfect location & Property

We came down to visit the theme parks and this was the perfect amt of space for our family of 5 adults. The condo had everything we needed and it was so easy to get to Universal & Disney parks.

Great location with great pool

The photos and description of this place are spot on. The centralized location made this a great place to stay and the pool with pool bar was just what we needed to unwind. It's also very helpful that Publix is within walking distance so that we could get food for our stay.Thanks!

Perfect Stay in Orlando – Cay Vista ResortOur VRBO at Cay Vista Resort was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—just 1.2 miles from the convention center, close to Publix, and surrounded by great restaurants. Plus, getting to Universal or anywhere in town was super easy with Uber.The resort was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great stay in Orlando. Great place and location

Stayed for 4 days with my parents and daughter for a gymnastics meet. It was a very nice condo. Perfect location to the convention center. Spent a day at universal studios and it was very close and convenient. Nice layout for family and privacy. Would stay there again.

I purchased this unit with the intention of creating a warm and welcoming space for my friends and family. The location is ideal—close to theme parks, restaurants, and shops. The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.
