The apartment was in the basement which I didn’t realize from the house photo. The stairs got very slippery when it snowed and we got rock salt. I would keep a stash of rock salt for such events.Also some extra blankets.But a cozy, comfortable place.

Great space and location. Friendly neighbors. Had all amenities we needed. Two things to know:The screen door opens the opposite of front door and the crossbar will cut your hand if you're not careful. There is a small step up from living room to kitchen that's easy to miss, especially at night and morning. We put a colored towel down as a reminder.Other than that would definitely recommend as a rental

Great place, GREAT location; didn't look carefully enough to see it was a basement apt, therefore dark and not a lot of windows to open. But all else PERFECT and lovely.

The picture is deceptive. The picture is probably the owner's house. The unit is in the back in the basement below ground level with very little natural light.The limited furniture is old and slip covered. The bedding and towels are old and clearly cast offs from the owners house. The lights were bare bulbs hanging from the ceiling.The bathroom is dark, has chipped and missing tile and the toilet is 2 inches from the wall, difficult for an adult to use. The TV is not a smart tv and gets few channels. The outside space was very small dark and uninviting with old and damaged chairs. The unit was large and very clean.I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here.

2 Br downstairs apartment

Air conditioning was a major issue. Units in each bedroom not set up properly to vent to outside and filled rooms with hot air. Windows did not open and had overgrowth of weeds at windows. Outdoor seating area very worn and tree over growing. If a/c worked properly overall would be a good rental for price

Great West-end location, quiet deck and cozy condo

Lovely garden and enclosed deck to unwind and enjoy after a day of fun in Ptown, before heading out to the nightlife. You needn’t go far, Joon is next door and cocktails were made by skilled bartenders. The small plates were unexpected and delicious. Liz was responsive to our questions and the kitchen had all we needed. Love to go back.

Wonderful Spot on Commercial Street

We really enjoyed our stay, great spot on Commercial street with everything you could ask for. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, sunscreen, and laundry! Thanks for making our stay in Provincetown extra special.

Great location but basement

Beds very comfortable, location perfect and washer/unit was great- problem was that the apartment is in a basement- moldy looking old floor boards and whole place smells like mildew :/ definitely needs some updating. Also wasn’t able to unpack clothes as the bedroom closet was full of random belongs of the owner and the dresser drawers were all full. Overall we had a great time but the mildew issue and lack of storage/cleanliness I probably would not recommend.

Great location + quiet at night = lovely stay!!

We enjoyed our stay in Liz's apartment. The kitchen is well appointed and there's a nice breakfast nook and patio that we used every day and evening. The umbrellas she has hanging inside the front door came in handy one night. She also provides multiple keys so everyone can come and go as they please. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and the place could benefit from a dehumidifier, as towels never got fully dry from one day to the next.

Ideal Location

This was our 2nd time staying at Liz’s property for Spooky Bear weekend and the location being right on Commercial Street with a parking spot included was ideal. The space is a basement level; clean and quiet set apart from the other tenants. Beds are comfortable, shower is very spacious with natural lighting and the full sized kitchen was very convenient. We were not looking for anything with a view for our short weekend stay so this property suited us well, as we were out and about most of the time. Liz is a very reasonable and responsive host, which I appreciated very much. We would gladly stay here again.
