Charming newly remodeled 1 bedroom with city and ocean views. This beautifully decorated unit is located on the South end of Fort Myers Beach Island, across the street from Santini Plaza. The kitchen accommodates guest dine-in needs. Enjoy this relaxing beachfront property. You can go for walks on the white sandy beach or soak in the heated pool. This rental also has tennis courts and BBQ on the premises for use. Free WiFi and basic cable are available in the unit. Parking for one vehicle is also included. Lovers Key is less than 2 miles away and voted one of the best State parks in the country, there are restrooms, walking tours, kayak rentals and so much more. Just south is Naples for some high-end shopping and restaurants. You can visit Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens. You can also visit Edison & Ford Winter Estates which is North of the island. Please pardon our appearance while we our island rebuilds after hurricane Ian.

Our unit was the best. The views were wonderful. The unit was so clean Many amenities were provided. The decor cozy and comfortable. The beach and pool just steps away. At the ‘quieter’ end of Fort Myers Beach

Loved my Stay. Great location & beach. The bed was Sooo Comfy, I had to force myself out of it each morning. Owners are great answering questions and very hospitable. Looking forward to staying next year.

Perfect Place on FMB!

Great stay at a perfect cozy condo on FMB. The condo is in a perfect location and is still doing some rebuilding but has everything you need to have a great time. Beach is great and the tennis/pickleball courts are open. East access to Bonita or Times Square. We had an awesome time and would definately stay again.

Estero Beach and Tennis

We had a wonderful stay in Danay’s unit. Everything was as pictured.It was fully furnished, including beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely return!

We have stayed at the Estero beach and tennis facility in the past, in different unites. Compared to the other units this one did not meet our expectations.

Pleasant beach stay

The condo was fine, comfy bed and couch, good water pressure, everything needed in the kitchen (except counter space), good wi-fi/TV.The building was on the beach, but the unit faced the street, so lovely sunrises. Building staff were very nice and helpful. There were two building activities while we were there - a nice band one night, and potluck/happy hour/sing-along the next, which were both pleasant diversions.Unfortunately a beach building operation was positioned right in front of the building for our stay, so equipment noise in early morning and light at night took away from peace and tranquillity of the beach experience.There are NO restaurants within reasonable walking distance and the bus service/Uber proved extremely unreliable in the late afternoon/evenings (we had to resort to hitch-hiking one evening to get home, a bit funny for 70 year olds). Fortunately there was a nice farmer's market 2 days/week at the plaza across the street where we were able to get a few meals.

This condo is well stocked with every need. One of the most important aspects of renting any condo for us...is its cleanliness. The moment we opened the door we saw a well-appointed, well-kept CLEAN condo. That alone made it a great stay! Everything else in this condo, i.e. the beach chairs and umbrella, cutlery and kitchen stuff were 'frosting on the cake'! Host was great, too! Thank you! Helene & Jim Feb. 2026
