This two-story, mountain-view haven is ideal for those seeking outdoor adventures or local flavor, easily accessible via a level, paved road. Indulge in the exhilarating experience of white water rafting at Thunder River Company while nature enthusiasts explore the scenic drives along the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy the nearby Cherokee Lake Recreation Area or Bear Creek Adventures Mini Golf and Gem Mine. Additionally, you'll be conveniently close to various wineries and breweries. This home is just a short distance from downtown Murphy, and less than 20 miles away from downtown McCaysville. Blue Ridge Georgia is 23 miles from your home and offers a bustling downtown and outdoor recreation further out.

Head inside to the open-concept great room, where you will be treated to a vaulted ceiling and a stone gas fireplace. Hardwood floors are present throughout and lead into the main floor's primary suite, where you'll find balcony access, a brand new, king-sized mattress, and an en suite bathroom with a subway-tiled shower and bench seat. Upstairs, the loft serves as a second sleeping space, boasting a private full bathroom

Breathe in the fresh air from the furnished front porch each morning while you serenely take in the bucolic landscape and stunning mountain views. The fenced yard is an excellent option for younger visitors to stretch their legs. Prepare lunch on the back deck's gas grill and dine alfresco in any weather since it is covered and screened. Keep an eye out for visiting deer and other native wildlife.


Other essentials include complimentary WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer, so you will feel right at home.

Whiskey and Wine stay

The first time I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was prepared for when I arrived, very clean, and comfortable. Appliances were nice and the space was very roomy. No issues with our stay at all. They even notified me to say I could check in earlier if I needed to, which I thought was an awesome benefit. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome get away

What a nice community of cabin homes. Very nice and quiet. The cabin itself had everything we needed and was well stocked and very clean! Our pup had plenty of room to run around and we had a nice walk in the neighborhood.

Place was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better cabin or location was central to everything we were trying to do while we were up there. Deer in the backyard every morning.

Wonderful place to relax !

This is our second visit at this property. Everything is top of the notch! The view is amazing. Waking up to deer in your backyard and beautiful birds singing for me there is what tops a relaxing small vacation on the mountains. For sure recommend this place to family and friends.

Great place to stay

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and had a great time. From the front porch we could see eveyone across the valley who was shooting off fireworks, it was a great show. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the screened in porch in the morning and evening waiting for our daily deer visit. The fenced front yard was perfect for our dogs.

Great hill top view

Paved road leading to a beautiful hilltop view. Great accommodations with anything you’d need (no cable on the TV though). Close to Murphy and multiple roads that lead to great mountain drives. Furnishings and bed were all first class. Hope to return for next year’s leaf peeping!

Unbelievable property for great stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay in full extend. This brand new property is excellent with everything more than we thought. The house is huge with two and a half bath. Great location and view and closure to a lot of attractions. We are planning to come back and stay in this property asap. Overall, unbelievable property and the price. I can give even 10 out of 5.

Views, Amenities & More

Loved our visit at Whiskey & Wine! This beautiful cabin is a home away from home. Located in a beautiful small development with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our dog walks along the paved roads and chatting with the people we met. The kitchen is well stocked with the tools you need to cook at your home away from home, but there are also a lot of restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive. If you are heading to the Murphy area, this would definitely be the place to stay! We'll be back!!!

Slice of heaven!

Fabulous! This place is a slice of heaven. Extremely clean! They thought of everything. We literally didn't need a thing. Lots of privacy, it was quiet and peaceful and close enough to everything. We even had some wildlife visitors. What a gem. We will definitely be coming back and will highly recommend this cabin and our host to everyone. For other flatlanders like us, it's an easy drive! All paved roads.
