Excellent house

We stayed at the house for 4 nights in early April and had a fantastic experience. The house is clean, comfortable, and very well equipped—it truly felt like a home away from home. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful, with pine trees just beyond the fence and a view of the mountains in the distance—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location was great for day trips—we visited Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and the Lowell Observatory. I only wish we had one more day to check out the nearby volcano and meteorite site. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Nice stay in Flagstaff

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood in Flagstaff. This was our base camp for visits to the Grand Canyon and surrounding national monuments. Very much enjoyed our stay, Katannya was an excellent host. Communication was very good. A few minor issues, mainly with burned out light bulbs, but would highly recommend this home.

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable Home!

We booked a last minute stay after Hurricane Milton thwarted our travel plans. We had a wonderful time and were pleasantly surprised that the home had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We were impressed that the kitchen had everything necessary to make meals at home, and that there were plenty of extra towels and bedding. We had a couple of small items that needed repaired, and they were fixed right away. We would love to stay again!

Bear Crossing Property

This property was ideal for us. Location was spot on & met all of our needs. 5star cleanliness. The home was equipped with everything you could think of. VERY cute, comfy & cozy! The only negative thing was the master bed was super uncomfortable & had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed and at slant. Other than that the stay was pleasant!
