Perfect Riverside Retreat

The Boathouse level 2 is a beautifully equipped, comfortable, luxury getaway. It's location is unbeatable, with a giant deck overlooking the river and a gorgeous mountainous backdrop. It had everything you can think of and lacked nothing. The beds are extremely comfortable and the entire space is layed out nicely for groups. It's a prime walkable location to anywhere in downtown Steamboat, and just a few minutes drive to the ski resorts. Overall, a gorgeous property and smooth experience.

Awesome place on the river!

What a great condo! Downtown, on the river, spectacular views and elegant property. If you are going to Steamboat this has to be one of the top places to stay! Private second floor condo, large patio and hot tub, one block off the main street so you are close to everything. This property will not disappoint!

Amazing stay, highly recommend!

Wow. This was the perfect location and space for our girlfriends trip. All of Steamboat's best shopping, dining and entertainment within walking distance. A lot of convenient options to get to the mountain for skiing. The property was amazing with everything you could desire. It was nice to rent both units, so that we could all have our own space when we needed it. While it was a splurge, we were ecstatic with our decision and are already planning to book again. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Boathouse Level 2

I have been to Steamboat many times in the last 5 years and this is hands down the place I will stay from here forward. The open layout of the place is amazing with great views of the mountain and river. The sound system in the living room and on the deck let you easily play whatever music you'd like for a nice relaxing setting or more upbeat for whatever occasion. The hot tub on the deck over looking the river was my personal favorite spot. you can have the music playing and soak while watching everyone enjoy the river. The beds were comfortable and the place is very clean and up to date with everything you could need for a short or long getaway. Everything from food to activities is within walking distance of the boathouse. The heart of downtown 1 block from the front door and the river is only steps away. Best Steamboat experience to date!!

This is a must-stay!

I can't speak more highly about the vacation experience we had at The Boathouse. The location is unparalleled. It is a beautiful, serene setting next to the Yampa River. We enjoyed a relaxing float down the river, entering directly from the property that backs up to the river. Easy access to fine dining and adventure on the main street, but also quiet and relaxing. We spent hours together as a family on the giant deck and in the hot tub overlooking the mountains. The suite was spotless, well-decorated, and had incredible views. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils and high-end appliances. Lots of seating for the kids to snack while we prepared dinner. Perfect for our family! The management team was easy to communicate with, accommodating, and took great care of us. We will recommend this location to all of our friends and family. It's a "must-stay," in my opinion. We will be back!

Luxury on the River

My family had the most amazing stay at the Boathouse. The pictures on the website don’t do the space or the views justice. There was thought put into every little detail of this space and it made our stay so enjoyable. The beds and pillows were extra comfortable and made me feel like I was in my own bed. We loved using the speakers both inside and on the deck. Each morning, I would sit out on the deck with my coffee and listen to the Yampa River; talk about starting your day with serenity. We had about 20 family members come over for a few hours on their last day in town before heading home. The large kitchen island made it easy for us to set up a great brunch spread and there was plenty of room inside as well as out on the deck for everyone to gather and enjoy our time together. We also loved staying downtown. We were within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops and on Saturday morning it was so nice to walk right out of the building and be at the Farmers Market. Also, there was an entrance to the Yampa River right next to the property which my son and niece loved, as they played around in the water for hours together. The Boathouse will definitely be our go-to lodging anytime we are in Steamboat.
