OCEAN VIEW - The magnificent emerald water of the Gulf & its sugary beach are experienced from the large balcony and the living area! Located on the 18th floor of Laketown Wharf this spacious condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bunk area with a twin size bunk bed & a queen size sleeper sofa.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun, located near many attractions, restaurants & water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of Lakefront Boardwalk & has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from. We invite you to enjoy our condo while making memories with family & friends.

The check in process was smooth, but the directions/signage to the main elevators was non existent. This made getting to our room with young kids and lots of luggage a little stressful. The first night there, we witnessed a shooting from our balcony that happened across the street on the beach behind pineapple Willy’s. We had just been down there at the beach for a night time after dinner walk with our 3 small children. That was very unsettling. The area was covered in police presence the rest of our stay. It was a rough crowd and rough area. The property requires wristbands to be worn at all time, but they don’t stay on, charge you a 50 for lost or missing bands, but ours came off several times while in the pool. If you don’t wear it, the pool employees will yell at you immediately. Our wristbands didn’t work half the time, and when asked to replace it or fix it we were told they were activated. But we continued to have trouble getting into the pools. The pool bathrooms are also locked and you have to use a wristband to get IN AND OUT. My toddler had a bathroom emergency due to faulty wristbands. When they didn’t fix the issue, that was very frustrating, WiFi was not good. No extra blankets. The unit itself was clean. Parking garage fills up quickly. We will not be returning to this property or area. Stay away if you want a stress free, family friendly environment.

We stayed with four people, myself, my husband, and my two daughters in their early 20s. Absolutely loved this condo and would totally stay there again! The balcony was definitely a highlight for us, and we just loved having those views every day! We also loved having the balcony open up to the master bedroom as well! The kitchen was well stocked, and we had everything we needed to cook some meals at home. There is a Walmart within five minutes of the condo so that was super handy! If I have one thing to complain about it was the fact that there were two elevators and 1 was not functioning almost the entire week we were there. So there were times we were waiting a good bit for an elevator, and then oddly, once on the elevator it seemed to stop at just about every floor even when there was nobody there once the door opened. That got super frustrating, but that has nothing to do with the condo or its owner. Condo itself is beautiful, it's light and airy, and we just absolutely love the views. One daughter slept in the bunk bed area and made that her bedroom, and the other daughter had her own room with a king size bed :) the master bedroom and the king size bed in there were spectacular! The beds were very comfy. The master bathroom has two sinks which was really helpful. The shower is large and there is also a nice large soaking tub. The washer and dryer functioned perfectly and was super handy with all the towel washing and bathing suit washing that had to happen. We loved it
