The best part was the location on the beach. The room was good and as outlined in the listing. The issues were: the furniture in the family room was worn-out and difficult to sit on with any comfort, The kitchen utensils were worn-out and should be replaced. (Spatula (plastic) was curled up on the end and difficult to use), no condiments at all (had to purchase the basics such as salt and pepper). We had singing pipes for four days until they repaired a leaky value on the fourth floor on Thursday. We companied several times to no avail. Maid service was excellent. Came every morning with clean towels and picked up the trash.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the beachfront location, that the condo matched the listing, and that you received excellent service from the housekeeping team. We appreciate you bringing the concerns about the furniture, kitchen utensils, and missing basic supplies to our attention. We will review these items and make improvements where needed to provide a more comfortable experience for our guests. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the plumbing noise during your stay and understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with that for several days. Thank you again for your feedback and for recognizing the efforts of our housekeeping staff. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide an even better stay in the future.
