Location is perfect and close to everything! Communication was excellent. House is large and room enough for large families if you have them. Has whatever you need for your stay. Would give it a 15 out of 10 if I could. Maybe could use some new mattresses, but was perfect enough, it didn't matter. We'll definitely stay again.

Exceptional Stay – Beautiful, Spacious, and Close to Everything!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The home is beautifully appointed and decorated, bursting with well-preserved historic character and charm, yet it features all the modern conveniences you could want. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver for us, keeping the entire house incredibly crisp and comfortable even when the weather outside hit a scorching 90 degrees.The house is exceptionally spacious, remarkably clean, and very well-maintained from top to bottom—our group had plenty of room to spread out and relax. On top of that, the location is unbeatable. It is truly close to everything in Geneva, making it the perfect launchpad for exploring the local wine trails, breweries, distilleries, and excellent downtown dining. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our Finger Lakes trip. Highly recommended!

Check-in was easy. It was a little tricky to find the access driveway the 1st time in the dark. We had a very busy few days of wedding events; this house is huge which gave my family of 6 and my in-laws the space we needed to unwind between events. The house was clean, well maintained and full of cool well preserved historic details. Overall we loved the house and highly recommend staying there to anyone.

Perfect

Brought family to HWS reunion--two toddlers, nanny, wife and I. Plenty of room for everyone, clean and safe for the kids, easy to get to campus. Very nice host who was always available. Will stay with Andrew again when visiting Geneva. Thank you!
