First floor features a bedroom with private bath and queen bed, laundry room and garage. Second floor features a great room that includes the kitchen, dining area and living room. Access to the second floor deck is from the living room with a view of the ocean towards the left. Also on the second floor is a half bath, plus a bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath. Third floor has two more bedrooms, each with a private bath. Master bedroom has a king bed and other third floor bedroom has 2 single beds. Walking distance to downtown.
