Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. This condo is in Palmetto Dunes, which has Pickleball courts, very nice restaurants in and around, walking trails, biking trails… Direct access on the beach. It’s perfect. Not to mention this condo is completely updated to the highest standards. It had everything that we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Pete!!

Great place to enjoy Hilton Head!

Great location in Palmetto Dunes. Check in was a breeze. Pride of ownership shows in this property! We have been going to Hilton Head for many years and tried a beachfront condo this time and had no regrets! It’s a wonderful property!

Great HHI Visit

Second time to Villamar, Pete’s condo was too notch, very clean, well stocked and comfortable. One of the nicer units we’ve seen in the building. Pete was extremely responsive, no hiccups. Great stay for our family, we will be back.

Great Villamere Condo

The unit was clean, reasonably updated and comfortable. We would have only a few minor suggestions: Add rotating brackets to livingroom and master bedroom TVs; add one large fry pan, placemats for dining table. Beds were very comfortable too.

Perfect condo and location

This was our second year in this unit, and once again we had no complaints! In the future, whenever we visit HHI and there are four or fewer of us, we will be staying here! We dined all over the island, but our drive was never more than 15 minutes, thanks to the Central location of Palmetto Dunes. Peter is extremely communicative and easy to work with.

Wonderful, clean, spacious place!

Loved our stay at Villamare! The condo was spotless and nicely decorated, with plenty of space for me, my husband, and toddler son. Great views from the condo and a quick elevator trip down to the pool and beach. We enjoyed the Palmetto Dunes community, which had a General Store we frequented for necessities or the occasional ice cream cone :) and great walking/biking paths throughout. Peter was very responsive and helpful with recommendations and making sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend!

Great Covid-19 Getaway

As a family we have been coming to HHI for 25+ years. This was the first visit without children. We booked a two bedroom in the event that our college student bounced back during a Covid Quarantine. We are very familiar with the Palmetto Dunes area. The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. The condo is as pictured. Pete was easy to work with and very responsive to our rental requests.

Wonderful Laid-Back Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property over the 4th of July week with two adults and a toddler. This was our first time visiting HHI and won’t be our last. The property was well-maintained and accurately matched the description in the listing. The ocean views from the balcony were spectacular, and easy access to the pool and beach made it convenient to head out for a morning by the water and easily head in for a lunch/nap break with our toddler when needed. Pete was a gracious host who answered all of our questions and shared some great recommendations for things to do on the island. Overall we enjoyed our experience in Palmetto Dunes and the Villamare Property and would recommend to anyone looking for a laid-back family-friendly beach getaway.

Perfect place to “unplug”

We immediately knew our “unplug” vacation was going to be amazing when we walked into the condo and saw the spectacular view! The condo was in a perfect location with the ocean and pool right there - in every window! We enjoyed sitting on the patio having lunch and taking it all in! The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. Pete checked on us and gave my husband suggestions for golf! The Villamare grounds are beautiful and we walked around a LOT. Love that the resort was so close to Shelter Cove, where we could watch the boats and manatees. Thanks for a trip we will remember forever! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect in every way!

We just returned from spending an absolutely perfect week at this beautiful property. The unit is beautiful, in excellent condition, with the best-stocked kitchen we've ever had in a condo in the 34 years we've been vacationing. It is the FIRST time we've had virtually whatever we needed at our disposal. The location is also ideal - 5-minute walk to Hilton Head Outfitters, where we rented bikes for the week; 5-minute drive to the enormous new Kroger; centrally located on the island. We dined from one end of the island to the other, and never drove more than 20 minutes to dinner, if that. The beach is just as close as the photo indicates, and not too crowded like some areas on the island. There was always room to sunbathe at the pool, not overcrowded like some places we've been. We took several bike rides close to an hour long and never left Palmetto Dunes, so the rides were peaceful and the scenery was gorgeous. Our whole family agreed that this was the perfect vacation, and this condo (along with sunshine every single day!) was the primary reason. When we return to Hilton Head, this is the ONLY place we will stay!

Hilton Head w/grandkids

Most people travel away from a tropical storm, but we decided to head towards one! We were fortunate to have a wonderful host in Pete and the condo and complex were great. The condo was exactly as depicted in the pictures and description. The location was great relative to both the beach and pool. Pete went above and beyond to help make a potentially bad situation (due to the storm) into a really great vacation. Thank you so much.

Great Beachfront Getaway

The condo and complex were very nice and appear to have been recently updated. The new pools were spectacular. The condo has great views of the ocean and beach. It also was very quiet inside the unit. The bike/walking trails are very nice and accessible. Great restaurants and shopping are a short drive away. We had a very nice, relaxing time.

Lovely condo in a great location

Beautiful condo in a very nice community with lovely views of the ocean and easy beach access. Condo was just as described, with comfortable beds, very clean, and lots of nice little touches to ensure a comfortable stay. Pete was very prompt and thorough in communicating, and ready to help if anything had gone wrong which it didn't! I would love to come back in the future and hope to!

Villamare Never Gets Old

This was at least our fifth stay in Villamare and this stay was as good as any. The condo was spotless on our arrival and the host was extremely responsive to all questions and responses. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

Wonderful place to stay

We have stayed at many Villamare condos and this is one of the nicest. It’s very updated, has all amenities one needs and a great view of the pool and ocean. Pete was so kind to check in with us after arriving and asking if we needed anything. I will definitely come back and recommend this condo to friends and family!

Would definitely book again

See and hear the ocean and pool from both decks. Ideal layout for privacy as well as time together as the conmon area splits the bedrooms, each with private bath. Wonderful walkin showers and a soaker tub. Very well equipped kitchen. Great host (Pete), very responsive and helpful. Immaculately maintained grounds. One of our favorite stays yet! Book it. You'll love it.

Two week stay

Villamare is a great place to stay especially with toddlers the first week. The condo has an indoor pool which on cooler days was great for the kids. The unit itself was very clean with pretty much everything needed for a two week stay. Paul was very quick to get back with you on any questions we rarely needed. Great view for morning sunrise, so bright had to put sunglasses on. Will consider this unit in the future.

We have been visiting Hilton Head Island, and in particular Villamare for the last 20 years. We love the location of VIllamare. So close to the ocean with great amenities from the pools to the on-site fitness center. It's proximity to activities and shopping along with the friendliness the people in the complex helped us make the decision to own a piece for ourselves.
