Beautiful, modern, spacious, and cozy apartment. Everything you need is in this area! Restaurants, nightlife, live music venues and shows as well as the basics like supermarkets and pharmacies for necessities. Transportation is a breeze with the popular L train that takes you to trendy Williamsburg and Manhattan in under 20 minutes.

This alcove studio is on the ground floor of a classic Brooklyn townhouse. It is fully equipped with high speed internet, WIFI connection, smart TV, central heat and AC. Kitchen is fully functional with electrical appliances (no stove, crockpot, rice cooker tea kettle and Nespresso machine), there is a table with chairs, pull out couch and direct access to a semi-private garden which only the owners have access for maintenance. Linen, towels and hand soap provided. There is a semi-private bathroom which is only shared with one other room on the floor. There is a laundromat on the corner which offers drop off service which is super convenient!
