The place was clean and nice. We really liked the ocean view but wish it would have been clearer that you couldn’t just walk out into the ocean and wade in the water or really walk along a long section of the beach. We missed being able to do that.

Very welcoming condo with an oceanfront balcony. The host had thoughtfully provided shampo, body wash, coffee pods, treats, and many other amenities. The apartment was clean and cozy. I most highly recommend it.

Condo was absolutely wonderful. In the middle of action but still far away enough to not be crazy. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this has been, hands down, the best equipped: kitchen, pool/beach items, bathrooms…it was great!

Property was great for my wife and I and our three teen boys. Had all the amenities needed in the condo and location was central with an outstanding view off the balcony!

Great Location, Stunning Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect for us being close enough to town, but still quiet. The view from the lanai is spectacular! The provided toiletries, coffee, dish soap etc. was a nice bonus. Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise!

easy access and gorgeous views

very nice and extremely well stocked. Lots of coffee, spices, towels, laundry supplies, sunscreen, etc. Super calming with the great views and sunsets! great location and centrally located to the Kona side

Awesome Location

We really enjoyed being in the heart of all the action in the Kona area. The evening sunsets were fantastic. Even had turtles visible from the balcony in the tide pools below. We'd love to come back!

Absolutely Amazing!

It was exactly like the photos and even better being there in person. We slept every night with the screen doors open listening to waves and enjoyed sunsets on the patio. Little downtown area was only a few minutes away. Loved everything about it!!

Fantastic Stay on The Big Island Hawaii

This location and VRBO was a GREAT way of ending our two week stay on the islands. This unit has a beautiful view on the balcony that is picture perfect with awesome sunsets on the ocean. Walking to the water every morning, we would see huge turtles, and puffer fish and other exotic fish swimming near the shore. The rental also had chairs and other amenities which we used on the beach. It was very centrally located in Kailua-Kona just minutes from great surf and snorkeling both North and South from our location. We enjoyed all the shops and markets along the beach as well as GREAT food every night at a new restaurants. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great condo with a great view!

Condo was spacious for our family of 4, we stayed for 9 nights. The large open doors were great to watch the ocean and the sounds of the crashing waves put us to sleep at night. Kitchen was well stocked as were bath towels and the washer/dryer was great option to have. There are lots of "play" things to use at the condo when we were there - beach towels, boogie board, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. Getting out of the property can be difficult at times if traffic was heavy on the main road. We had one issue upon arrival with an interior door lock, but it was resolved quickly by Holly/team. Only minor complaint was the building itself was dated and parking garage could use some updating/fixing. I'm sure that's not something in the owner's control.

This was a truly enjoyable place to stay with wonderful amenities, clear communication, clean facilities, and an unforgettable view! We LOVED staying here and will be back again.Whales, surfers, sunsets, turtles, and a seal - all without leaving the property! If you are thinking of this location as an option for your stay, do it!

Great Kona Condo All-Around

We always love the Kona Bali Kai and this stay was no exception!! We loved the condo. It was super kid friendly. The view was incredible. Sleeping to the waves is so relaxing. The property management was super helpful and communicative. The location is close to everything yummy and fun, and right on the beach. 5 stars across the board.

Kona Vacation

Unit was very nice and right on the beach. Property was very clean and manager answered any and all questions we had promptly. Parking was convenient. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing oceanfront home

This place is amazing. We were greeted with an awesome view of the ocean. Literally, you can throw a rock and it would get to the ocean, you are that close to the water. We spent several days watching the sunset in the lanai. The breeze of the ocean is just as great as the AC inside the house. And thank goodness for the AC. Some days the heat in the Big Island were too intense but the AC kept us cool the entire time. The condo is very close to everything, restaurants, beaches, shops, groceries. The condo is stock with everything you need including a coffee maker and coffee pods, perfect for my morning coffee in the lanai. Abundant parking, with covered ones too. We won’t hesitate to stay at this place again in the future. Truly recommended!

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved staying here. This condo is perfect for beautiful evening sunsets and watching turtles in the pools right behind the condo. The condo is beautiful and steps from the beach.
