The Space:
This fully furnished haven is thoughtfully designed to offer the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
As you step inside, you'll find a cozy living space adorned with tasteful furnishings, creating an atmosphere of relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen beckons to culinary enthusiasts, with all the cooking equipment you need to prepare delicious meals at your convenience.
For entertainment, the living room features a Smart TV, providing access to a range of streaming options for your leisure. Whether you're unwinding after a day of exploring or catching up on your favorite shows, the comfortable seating area offers the ideal spot to kick back and relax.
The thoughtful amenities continue with two available garage spaces, ensuring convenient parking options for you and your guests. And to truly experience the beauty of Oceanside, take advantage of the included beach bikes. Feel the breeze as you pedal along the picturesque coastal paths.
This space is not only perfect for individuals and families seeking a comfortable getaway, but also a great fit for travel nurses, caregivers, and corporate individuals looking for longer stays. Pets are allowed upon approval. They are not permitted on furniture or beds. They are also not to be left free-roaming in home without supervision. (Additional cleaning fee and security deposit may be required)
Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to the front house and half the driveway. There is a small ADU house in the back separated by a privacy fence where the host lives. There is a walkway on the left side of the house that is guest for that private residence.
Getting Around:
Great restraunts and shops are only a walking distance away. Traveling by bike or car is also acceptable too.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available 24/7 and living in the back house separated by a big privacy fence.
