Central Ketchum Condo

The best of Ketchum is at your doorstep! This charming, conveniently located 1990’s condo is ideal for couples or a family of 4. It is walking distance to a variety of great local food and drink options but also nice and quiet for peaceful evenings in. You'll enjoy quick access to the slopes at Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain and are just minutes from the greenbelt. No matter the season, this condo makes the perfect home base for an Idaho adventure!

The space
We are nestled away in a quiet, centrally located, below ground courtyard (must take stairs) with lots of natural light. Upon entering, you’ll find a quaint( 640 sq ft), modern space decorated with local artwork and essential amenities to make you feel at home.

Immediately kick your feet up in our comfortable living space, with ample room for all to sit and enjoy each other's company. Watch your favorite shows on one of the smart TVs located in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is equipped for all your simple cooking needs and easy clean up. Enjoy our complimentary coffee (drip), cocoa, and tea. After you have completed a full day of adventures, jump into the shower/bath and enjoy our moisturizing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

This space is a “modern studio” with a separate bedroom and wall that’s open at the ceiling (see photos). It is fitted with a king bed adorned with 100% cotton sateen weave sheets for a night of peaceful slumber. If you have extra guests or kids, they can sleep comfortably on the bunk beds located in the widened hall off the living room. We also have a stacked washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Must take stairs to get to Unit. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
Parking notes: There is free alley parking in a designated, marked space for one vehicle.
No pets allowed.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Other things to note
WINTER GUESTS: in order for snow removal to get in and clear your designated parking spot, please ensure your vehicle is removed from the lot by 8:00am the day after the storm.
