Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and the amazing backyard—it’s definitely one of the property’s highlights. We’re also happy to know that the kitchen was well-stocked for your needs. We appreciate your feedback on the noise monitor and understand how that could feel a bit restrictive. We do have monitors that help us stay compliant with the city noise ordinance, please note this is not a company or house rule, this is the same ordinance for all homes in Palm Springs. Regarding the interior, we truly value your input and will take your suggestion into consideration as we work on updates. We’re so glad you found the home clean and enjoyable, and we’d love to host you again in the future! Thank you for sharing your experience!

I'm sorry to hear about the ongoing rodent issue despite your efforts to address it. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we look forward to hosting you again.

Thanks, Richard! We’re so glad to hear that the house worked well for your family, especially with the little one. It’s great to know you appreciated the amenities like the high chair, stroller, and playpen – we always aim to make families feel at home. Your feedback on the spa and dishwasher is highly appreciated. hank you again for recommending our house, and we’d love to host you again anytime!

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback, Gretchen! We’re really glad our home was a great fit for your getaway and that your daughter and her friend enjoyed it too. The layout and location are definitely some of the highlights, and we’re happy you found it cozy and comfortable overall. We also sorry to know you had other issues during your stay. The only inquiry we received was regarding the Roku TV setup—so we weren’t aware of the water dispenser or bathroom drain issues. We always appreciate guests letting us know while they're there so we can try to address things right away. Rest assured that our team is working on fixing those now. Thanks again for staying with us, and we’d love to host you again in the future!

William, it was a pleasure hosting your group. We'll see you next time!
