Wonderful Home

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to many beaches. It has all needed linens,towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. It is clean and nicely furnished. The lenai is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or eat your dinner! Lynn was a great host and very responsive.

Great communication

Although it was scheduled beforehand, our family stayed less than a week after hurricane Ian. Lynn had excellent communication the entire time letting us know updates on the condition of the house and community.

Pleasant stay!

Nice and a spacious house! Had everything available to us including sheets, towels, beach supplies! Conveniently close to shops and beautiful Englewood beach! Unfortunately we were there for hurricane Ian but luckily only a bit of flooding which we were able to keep up with so very minimal damage! We would book again!

Super clean Amazing place to stay with tons of space

Such a great house to stay in so spacious, very clean. Lynn has everything you would need beach towels, chairs, toys, fishing poles, all household supplies literally just need to bring yourself and personal items. The beds are comfy and bedrooms are huge. If you get the chance to visit Englewood stay here you won’t regret it!!!

AMAZING

This place made our vacation the best one yet. Lynn and her husband were amazing landlords. They helped with anything we needed and gave suggestions to great places to visit. We will for sure be booking with them again in the future!

GREAT VALUE, GREAT LOCATION!

The house has an open plan & is very spacious. Large lanai provides cool breezes that gives you the feeling you are outdoors!! The location is walking distance to many shops & stores on Dearborn St. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors!! We would book it again!!

Just what we needed

This house in Englewood has all of the amenities of home, including a very reliable and fast WIFI and a nice cable channel lineup, but that is not what we went to Florida to do. The kitchen is equipped with the basic cookware and enough dishes and seating for six. The beds are updated with solid mattresses and good pillows, so we were able to rest after a long day out. The Lanai in the back of the house is also great for an early cup of coffee before getting started. Multiple beaches are within minutes by car, but we also chose to drive to Marco Island for one day, but there are enough beautiful beaches to enjoy if you choose to remain local. You can also rent jet skis, paddle boards, sunset cruises, etc... Will definitely rent again if I were to vacation again in this area.
