This property was exactly as pictured and clean/ well appointed for what we needed. A little tight with 6 people but we were happy to have a common space together.The best part of this place is the location to downtown Newport. So easy to walk downtown. We went during a very busy weekend so cost for rental was very reasonable. Looks like a good place if you have kids or want to take advantage of activities at the resort.The only negative, as others have reviewed for this property overall, is that the property itself is a little dated and needs a refresh. The halls/ elevators smell like the pool area, which is connected inside the main building and the HVAC needs updating. We all left with a stuffy nose from the AC which runs very loud. It does seems like they are doing some much needed renovations on the property.However, this has nothing to do nor was it the fault of the owner. The host and the comms was great and we got exactly what we expected.
