Our stay was excellent. John was an amazing, responsive host. We were here for a marathon our daughter was running. The location can't be beat. Close to stores, restaurants and many walkable venues. Perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend. Great to have off street parking.

The property was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. John was a wonderful host and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities which was nice since we weren’t familiar with the area. He was quick to respond whenever I had a question or message. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio after a busy day of sightseeing.

I'm a native Newporter and this home has been in my family for over 7 decades! I enjoy hosting and my goal is to ensure that you have a positive and memorable experience during your stay in Newport.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We are located in downtown Newport and one of the few properties with off street parking for up to two cars. The most enjoyable aspect of my neighborhood is that you can walk to most restaurants, shops and grocery stores while enjoying our quaint and historical city!

この宿泊施設の特徴

1) Location!
2) Parking!

Most people, including myself, rarely use my car because you can walk to most places. I lived in Jersey for a number of years and so appreciate this aspect of my home!
Also, you have all the comforts of home including:
Recently updated with mini split AC units to control temp of entire unit
A completely appointed eat-in kitchen
Newly renovated bathroom and entrance and updated kitchen, living room and two bedrooms
