Family-friendly resort community with amenities, located just minutes from the theme parks, attractions, and shopping.
The space
Townhouse with 7 beds, (1 King, 1 Queen sofa-bed, 1 Full, 4 Twins), 4 bedrooms, sleep 10 guests.
3 full bathrooms. WiFi, Cable TV, DVD players in bedrooms and living room.
Upstairs:
Master Bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom, TV, cable, DVD player; Bedroom 3 with two twin beds, TV, cable; Bedroom 4 with two twin beds, TV, DVD player; and Bathroom 3
Downstairs you will find:
Bedroom 2 with a Full bed, TV and cable, full bathroom (Bathroom 2) with hallway access.
Living Room with Queen sofa-bed, Roku TV, and cable.
Fully stocked kitchen, with a full-size refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, six chairs dinning room,
Laundry closet with washer and dryer.
There are 2 parking spaces available.
Minutes drive to Disney parks and attractions.

Our guests will have access to the entire home, the two parking spaces and the resort amenities.
The community includes various activities such as:
Resort style swimming pool with water slide, lazy river, hot tub.
Arcade with video games, music, billiards tables, and more.
Fitness Center (gym), and Restaurant.

Check-out: 11 am

*IMPORTANT
*Regal Palms charges a separate Resort Fee of $20 + tax per day that covers all the guests on the reservation up to 10 guests. This is a separate charge, it is payable directly to the resort at check-in, and is not included in the booking charges.*

There is a $20 per day Resort Fee. It covers the group up to 10 guests. It is not per person. At check-in you'll be issued 10 wrisbands for the group.
ONLY use tall garbage bags to take the garbage out to the garbage bin. The garbage collectors WILL NOT pick-up if any other kind of bag is used.
Bring all used towels down to the front of the laundry area. Take all trash out to the trash bin in the back of the property. Lock up front/back doors

Nice little getaway for my family. My young kids enjoyed the lazy river and water slide at the pool. The hosts were excellent and responded quickly to my queries. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was fantastic. The place was clean and the amenities were fantastic. The host was very communcative and ensured we had a way to contact them directly should any issues arise. Fortunately none did and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay worry free!

The host are amazing.They answered my questions right away. The house was beautiful and fit everyone perfectly. They had supplies for us to use for pool which was super helpful as we did not need to go stores or bring items.

TV's did not work.The front door key was problematic.There was no dish detergent.The living room blind kept falling down (one panel).Not enough wash cloths.

Thank you for your feedback. Issues listed above have been addressed and corrected as follows: •TVs were checked and we noticed that in one of them, the cables (HDMI and cable box) were switched to different inputs, (more likely previous guests plugging in game consoles) and another TV was in the wrong channel for input. Not blaming anyone; anybody could've hit the channel - button by accident; even the cleaners. •Front door operation instructions are detailed in our Check-in messages. We were always available for assistance. •The blind and the dish washing soap has been discussed with the cleaning crew: The blinds are plastic and subject to constant use, wear, tear, and they will break. They are replaced as soon as us or the cleaning crew notice a broken one. We strive to give our guests the best experience for their money and we make ourselves available for assistance at anytime. Beds were comfortable, house was quiet, bathrooms were clean. Host was great with communications and fast with responses. Didn't get to see the pool or hot tub cause of bad weather. Would recommend!

Everything was exactly how we expected. The house was clean and as described in profile. Close to many shops including grocery stores, coffee shops and fast food. Short distances to Disney parks. Communication was clear and I knew what to expect upon check in. Owners were very friendly and easy to contact if needed. The amenities were also clean and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
