The spacious new Kitchen offers the perfect spot to create a spectacular family style meal with gas stove, new microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Guests can enjoy their meal at the dining table with seating for 12 people. The new deck offers plenty of square feet perfect for experiencing beautiful views of Dickie Lake. For guests who love to hangout on the dock, the dock has all day fun with Southern Exposure offering all day sun. With a gentle sloping lot this property has the perfect water line for little ones. For nature lovers, the well treed lot offers a very natural environment. A newly furnished living room with brand new furniture will be the perfect place for the family to gather after a long day. On the cooler nights or mornings guests can enjoy a fire at the end of the day in front of the fireplace located in the newly furnished living room.
