Light and bright kitchen with Family Hub refrigerator and watch a 65 inch Smart TV, plus a TV in every bedroom. Cook in the kitchen or BBQ on the roof and enjoy sunset dinners with your family. Just minutes to Belmont Park, Sea World, and 15 mins to San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, downtown San Diego, and the airport. Enjoy the best of San Diego!
The space
This home is perfect for an entire family and plenty of space to just hang in the living room or on the roof top.
Guest access
Garage fits 2 small cars. Street parking is free. Please do not park in the driveway; you are at risk of having your car towed if you block the driveway of the neighbors in the back of the complex.
Other things to note
We do not have a crib, high chair, or safety gait for infants or small children. All children must be supervised when on the roof.
Again, please park in the garage or the street, NOT in the driveway.
