Just as advertised, we enjoyed using this house as our home for Thanksgiving week while visiting our Colorado family. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great location helped to make our stay very enjoyable!

Very nice place, Bruce the property manager was excellent with communication. He takes all of the worry out staying in a new place. Because of Bruce, we will be staying at the places he manages on our future visits to Colorado Springs.

Comfortable house in a great location for Pikes Peak and Garden of the God's sightseeing. Check-in had a minor hiccup as they didn't send me the new keypad code and I had to contact the host. Overall a great stay and i would book the place again.

I’m not sure if this is a mom and pop owner, a corporation... but there are some things that anyone renting it should be made aware of about the maintenance/upkeep of the property. It doesn't show in person as well as it shows in the photos and based on that the amount that we paid for it during our stay was overpriced. The entire property had a lot of weeds that have obviously been there for weeks, perhaps months, some of the chairs on the patio are in bad shape/falling apart/somewhat hazardous, it's looking a bit run down/well used throughout the interior. It definitely looks better in the photos than it looks in person. Additionally, the bedrooms (or at least some of them) could use TV's. It did appear to be clean and everything that we used worked that I'm aware of. Not trying to be a jerk... just being honest and letting people know what my experience was.

Everything was readily available for us and the location put us on the highway and close to all the attractions we hoped to see. The directions were clear about arrival and departure so that made it smooth to unload and get in when we arrived. After driving 900 miles, it was great to not have any hassles when we got there.

Everything we needed

We stayed three nights and found everything to our liking. The instructions were clear about the arrival and departure procedure. After traveling 900 miles, it was nice to have a smooth process for getting into the place. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 and we would be happy to come back again.The location felt made for an easy access to the highway that got us to all the places we wanted to go with a reasonable time.

This was a perfect house for our family of 5 adults! It was clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and space for everyone. The living room was large enough for us all to gather and relax. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of basic utensils and cookware. We were able to cook together and enjoy meals as a family without feeling cramped. The location was central to all the attractions. We were just minutes from beautiful places to hike, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were easy to communicate with and even checked in with us after our first night to make sure we were comfortable. This is definitely a home I would recommend to family and friends who plan to visit the area.

Great Weekend Stay

We were 6 family meeting up for a weekend getaway. The location was great - convenient to everything. The house was clean and entry was easy. Communications were clear and timely. Recommend for whenever you are visiting the Springs.

The house was nice. We had 3 people in it and everything was adequate. The neighborhood was quiet with no issues. The front porch is a nice quiet place to sit. I had a big car and the garage was a little tight. However, there was plenty of street parking. I simply parked on the street for convenience. Great place, adequate for space for a few people, good neighborhood, clean, everything worked.

Quiet area, but parking a bit challenging

Overall, a great neighborhood. Was quiet enough that we had a good nights sleep.Appreciated to constant communication with the management.Our only concerns were from the night we arrived, someone (manager, other tenant?) Was IN the house as we arrived. I have never been to a place were someone else was in my room. I hope this can be addressed. We arrived late due to getting things setup for our show and the last thing we expect to see is someone sitting in the living room.Other concern (and this is something everyone will feel differently about), being a little older, the master ved was really high. Even at 5'10, i had to hop a bit to get into it. Wife (5'6) we almost need a step stool! Maybe consider a slightly smaller box spring. Already have back issues, so it was not really comfortable getting into/out of. But again, some people like higher, others lower, really a personal preference.Overall, it was a good weekend and having family all together saved us having to go out and eat, but lots of time to spend together.

Property was just as expected! Clean and comfortable. We needed access to Olympic rink and was perfect distance. The pots and pans are getting some wear but we were able to make do for 3 nights/3 adults. Thanks!

Excellent stay

Great location. Quick access to highways and local food/stores.Management team was ultra friendly and responsive, plus clear in their instructions.The neighborhood was quiet, but had a nice opek green area for the kids to run around.

Colorado Springs meet-up.

It was a short, two-night stay, but very comfortable for 4 adults, each wanting our own sleeping space. Big kitchen and living room and the 2 + 1/2 baths were perfect for 4 women. Clean and convenient location for our visit to Garden of the Gods and an evening at Cosmo's Magic Theater. Would stay there again.
