We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location was great, and everything else was very good. The only issue was the swimming pool—it was very dirty and needs better cleaning and maintenance. We hope this can be improved because the rest of our stay was enjoyable.

Thank you for your feedback about the pool. As explained, you were using the spa all day which contributed to the pool getting cloudy in conjunction with the rains. Thankfully, the pool came back to normal condition with our regular cleaning. We wish you all the best.

Excellent choice for our vacation and Disney trip

We had the opportunity to stay Disney Magic earlier for our Disney vacation. Having stayed at many rentals, we know what we were expecting. This villa exceeded our expectations. Amenities were great and the villa was kept very clean, and super quick response from Sri was greatly appreciated . Definitely this villa will become my first go to place in Kissimmee

Wonderful Location and Property

We had a great time. Very easy check in instructions. I was hesitant as other places we’ve stayed with security gates into the neighborhoods were not very pleasant and took a long time, but not here. We followed the easy instructions provided to us in advance and got in and out of the gates with ease every time. We loved the pool and hot tub and we were so close to the theme parks we were visiting. Will stay here again.

Nice, well kept. Need to provide more household supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. We stayed a full week. One roll of toilet paper and paper towels and 4 trash bags just isn't enough.

We are pleased that these guests chose our villa for their week-long vacation and are happy to know that they found the villa nice and well kept. Consistent with self-catering vacation rental standards, we provide starter rolls of toilet paper and other basics to get the first night's stay. Additional supplies are guest responsibility as mentioned in the advert and welcome docs that are sent ahead of arrival. We will be glad to have these guests back as they were a pleasure to work with. Best Wishes Sri Gogineni Emerald Island Rentals

The communication to rent this huge house was awesome! No questions went unanswered. The house itself was huge...LOTS of bedrooms and bathrooms (could have used a few extra rolls in the bathrooms), enough room for our large group! The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and deck provided a nice outside space. group!

We really enjoyed our stay

We stayed at the Emerald Island Rentals property "Disney Magic" last year. We really enjoyed our stay - the neighborhood is a great oasis from the activity level at Disney and the house is fun for kids and adults alike. Clean and well maintained, and equipped with everything, Disney Magic was a big part of a great holiday in Orlando. Best Features? Pool and deck are great, and rooms are spacious an comfortable. Neighborhood is clean and safe. Games room was a hit with the kids. Place is decorated nicely and clean. Sri is very responsive and we are looking forward to staying at Sri's place in the future.

A real gem near all attractions

We were a family of 12 who had a blast in this villa. Plenty of room for even more. Pool area was big and had the shaded area (unlike some villas we rented before). Kids had a blast in the game room while adults enjoyed the spacious living areas. We cooked most of the days and kitchen had all tools needed to make food. We BBQed a few times and when we ran out of propane, even found a spare tank. That was very thoughtful of the owners. We will certainly be coming back to this villa and highly recommend.

This house suited our needs as two families with three teenagers each. The pool and lanai were enjoyed daily, but we were disappointed that there were no floaties or pool noodles, and only five thin beach towels for us to use. Management was responsive and check in was seamless. The rooms were comfortable, but we had few hangers to use, and there was no dresser in the second, upstairs master. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase on the floor - maybe consider getting a luggage cart or bench? This house was very nice, and the overall grounds very well kept. It was quiet and close to everything. I gave it five stars because it suited what we needed, but it would take very little to make this place truly amazing. Some suggestions: - the TV in the living room did not work well. We were unable to get any local channels, which was very disappointing since it was during March Madness and we wanted to watch the games as a family. - the walls are dirty. They need to be washed and/or touched up.- as mentioned, no hangers or dressers. Provide something for guests to put their clothes on instead of the floor. - the pillows were flat and need replacing. - all of the towels were thin and rough and wash clothes were scarce. Nicer towels would enhance the experience and are not expensive.- the blender did not work in the kitchen. All in all, I would recommend this location, but take your own beach towels and be prepared to buy pool noodles.

Enjoyable Stay!

Great neighborhood, very quiet and clean. The house itself had almost everything we needed, and plenty of room both inside and out for our group of 14! Some improvements do need to be made, but they were reported to the property manager and didn’t really affect our stay. Overall we were very happy with the home and all of its amenities! The kids especially enjoyed the pool and large game room. Sri, the property manager, was very efficient, organized, and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again!

We would like to thank these guests for their stay and the review. While we would have liked to move the BBQ grill to inside the pool lanai area, it is a violation of fire code to have a grill indoors. We loved it, can't wait to go back!

This is one of the best vacations we had recently and the villa we stayed in is part of the reason. The Disney Magic villa was spacious and as good as the pictures if not better. We were a family of 14 and felt the villa is spacious enough for all of us and there were 2 more beds unused. The pool area was spacious and had the covered area (Noticed that some villas did not have that) to take shelter from the sun when needed. The check-in and check-out was simple. The only thing I would encourage families to do is to note that the clubhouse gives a resort gate access card for a $10 deposit which must be returned in the clubhouse. The owner, Sri mentioned it in the welcome paper but we missed that part. Oh well, we have a souvenir now! Can't wait to go back there, loved it.

We would like to thank these guests for their choice in staying at "Disney Magic by Emerald Island Rentals". Good to learn these guests enjoyed the spacious south-facing pool and lanai area. Being the owners with years of experience, we try to provide all the relevant information to our guests. The resort access card must be returned during clubhouse office hours (which you agree when you obtain the card). If these or any future guests forget to return the card, they can simply mail the card to us and we will credit you. That is one more way we stand apart from the rest! We look forward to having these guests, as it was a apleasure to host them.

Great choice four our extended family stay

We rented the Disney Magic villa by Emerald Island Rentals for 5 nights with our adult children, their spouses and children. It was ideal for all 14 of us. The kitchen was well well-stocked, the bedrooms were all nicely decorated with flat-screen TVs. Moms had to drag the kids out of the game-room as they loved it so much and almost wanted to miss going to the parks. The pool and the BBQ were a hit with the adults. Kids enjoyed the heated pool (we paid for the pool heat per Sri- the owner's suggestion). We rented properties for our family vacations many times in many areas but can certainly say our stay at this villa is and will be on the top of our list forever.

We would like to thank Mike and family for saying at Disney Magic villa offered by Emerald Island Rentals. The overnight temperatures were too low for the pool to warm-up for a day or two when these guests stayed. Mike's family was very appreciative of the fact that weather plays a key role with pool heat. They covered the pool with the provided pool blanket and had a good time after that. We look forward to having them as our guests in the future in any of our rentals in Emerald Island Resort. Best Wishes Sri Gogineni Emerald Island Rentals

Just like the pictures - only better

We stayed at this villa named "Disney Magic" and it added a true magic to our Disney vacation. The gameroom and the pool and the entire house was better than we expected. On the day of arrival, we asked for an early check-in, as we had last minute trip changes. Sri, the owner could not provide as they were finishing-up some upgrades. It was a very last minute request, so we didn't mind waiting in the resort club house (good place to get a quick drink). Thanks Sri for sharing your villa with us.

We could not have picked a better place

After looking at many villas on many sites we booked this villa for our vacation. We were 4 families and 16 in total and this was a perfect villa. It had a spacious pool and we used it everyday after the parks. Later at nights, the kids enjoyed the games in the game room that was done quite well from a regular garage. Kitchen had everything and we BBQed twice. Overall very impressed and we will come back to rent this house in about 2 years for our next vacation.

We are taking reservations for as far out as 2020, so will be happy to book them in as soon as they are ready. They were great guests and treated our home with respect and were easy to communicate with. Best Wishes Emerald Isalnd Rentals
