Great location near Disney and Universal

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Bay. Easy in and out of the gated community. Management was super responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. Short drive to Disney. Great spot to stay!

The home was wonderful and clean. There were a few small crevices that could have been cleaned better but overall we loved the home and we would definitely stay here again. It was only a few minutes from Disney which made a huge difference

Excellent choice for our vacation and Disney trip

We had the opportunity to stay Disney Magic earlier for our Disney vacation. Having stayed at many rentals, we know what we were expecting. This villa exceeded our expectations. Amenities were great and the villa was kept very clean, and super quick response from Sri was greatly appreciated . Definitely this villa will become my first go to place in Kissimmee

Wonderful Location and Property

We had a great time. Very easy check in instructions. I was hesitant as other places we’ve stayed with security gates into the neighborhoods were not very pleasant and took a long time, but not here. We followed the easy instructions provided to us in advance and got in and out of the gates with ease every time. We loved the pool and hot tub and we were so close to the theme parks we were visiting. Will stay here again.

Pool in the back yard was great. Was a little cool when it was in the 40s over night. Was great when it warmed up a little. Will stay again in the coming years. The layout of the rooms was great for our family. We had 16 plus a infant.

Nice place

Nice, well kept. Need to provide more household supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. We stayed a full week. One roll of toilet paper and paper towels and 4 trash bags just isn't enough.

BIG, fun house

The communication to rent this huge house was awesome! No questions went unanswered. The house itself was huge...LOTS of bedrooms and bathrooms (could have used a few extra rolls in the bathrooms), enough room for our large group! The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and deck provided a nice outside space. group!

We really enjoyed our stay

We stayed at the Emerald Island Rentals property "Disney Magic" last year. We really enjoyed our stay - the neighborhood is a great oasis from the activity level at Disney and the house is fun for kids and adults alike. Clean and well maintained, and equipped with everything, Disney Magic was a big part of a great holiday in Orlando. Best Features? Pool and deck are great, and rooms are spacious an comfortable. Neighborhood is clean and safe. Games room was a hit with the kids. Place is decorated nicely and clean. Sri is very responsive and we are looking forward to staying at Sri's place in the future.

A real gem near all attractions

We were a family of 12 who had a blast in this villa. Plenty of room for even more. Pool area was big and had the shaded area (unlike some villas we rented before). Kids had a blast in the game room while adults enjoyed the spacious living areas. We cooked most of the days and kitchen had all tools needed to make food. We BBQed a few times and when we ran out of propane, even found a spare tank. That was very thoughtful of the owners. We will certainly be coming back to this villa and highly recommend.

Enjoyable Stay!

Great neighborhood, very quiet and clean. The house itself had almost everything we needed, and plenty of room both inside and out for our group of 14! Some improvements do need to be made, but they were reported to the property manager and didn’t really affect our stay. Overall we were very happy with the home and all of its amenities! The kids especially enjoyed the pool and large game room. Sri, the property manager, was very efficient, organized, and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again!

We loved it, can't wait to go back!

This is one of the best vacations we had recently and the villa we stayed in is part of the reason. The Disney Magic villa was spacious and as good as the pictures if not better. We were a family of 14 and felt the villa is spacious enough for all of us and there were 2 more beds unused. The pool area was spacious and had the covered area (Noticed that some villas did not have that) to take shelter from the sun when needed. The check-in and check-out was simple. The only thing I would encourage families to do is to note that the clubhouse gives a resort gate access card for a $10 deposit which must be returned in the clubhouse. The owner, Sri mentioned it in the welcome paper but we missed that part. Oh well, we have a souvenir now! Can't wait to go back there, loved it.

Great choice four our extended family stay

We rented the Disney Magic villa by Emerald Island Rentals for 5 nights with our adult children, their spouses and children. It was ideal for all 14 of us. The kitchen was well well-stocked, the bedrooms were all nicely decorated with flat-screen TVs. Moms had to drag the kids out of the game-room as they loved it so much and almost wanted to miss going to the parks. The pool and the BBQ were a hit with the adults. Kids enjoyed the heated pool (we paid for the pool heat per Sri- the owner's suggestion). We rented properties for our family vacations many times in many areas but can certainly say our stay at this villa is and will be on the top of our list forever.

Just like the pictures - only better

We stayed at this villa named "Disney Magic" and it added a true magic to our Disney vacation. The gameroom and the pool and the entire house was better than we expected. On the day of arrival, we asked for an early check-in, as we had last minute trip changes. Sri, the owner could not provide as they were finishing-up some upgrades. It was a very last minute request, so we didn't mind waiting in the resort club house (good place to get a quick drink). Thanks Sri for sharing your villa with us.

We could not have picked a better place

After looking at many villas on many sites we booked this villa for our vacation. We were 4 families and 16 in total and this was a perfect villa. It had a spacious pool and we used it everyday after the parks. Later at nights, the kids enjoyed the games in the game room that was done quite well from a regular garage. Kitchen had everything and we BBQed twice. Overall very impressed and we will come back to rent this house in about 2 years for our next vacation.

We had an awesome stay at Disney Magic

This home away from home was perfect for my entire family. The 7 bedroom Disney Magic home had all the best amenities. I will always rent from Sri Gogineni who was was always there to answer any questions we had (being a large family we had so many questions). Thank you Sri for making our vacation magical. Very nice villa near all attractions

House was everything we hoped for. Bedroom accommodations great. Kids enjoyed pool and game room. Location provided quick access to Disney parks and needed shopping. All necessary requirements for a good stay (e.g., appliances) provided and worked very well.

Best villa we rented in 10 years

We have been going to Orlando almost every year for the last 10 years. We have stayed at many villas, hotels and even in Disney on-site. Everyone in the party agreed that this is the best experience we had with our stay. The owner was easy to work with and always available no matter what time of the day we call or email. he was very prompt (usually 10 minutes!) with our emails. The villa is well maintained and clean. Keyless system was great. Game-room was a hit with the kids. Watch-out Sri! we are coming back next year :)
