Guest access
When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in all the wonderful hotel amenities, which include pool, plush chairs on the white sandy beach, Spa, gym, room service, and valet. You are treated just like a hotel guest.

Other things to note
– The Resort Fee and Valet Parking are charged by and paid to the hotel directly. Daily resort fee 40$ . Paid Parking available:
*1-7 DAYS RATE- $35.00 TAX/ DAY
* 8-30 DAYS ON - $30.00 TAX / DAY
* 1 MONTH 340$ plus tax.
– Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Pets are subject to approval. Owners retain the right of refusal.
– Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
– Housekeeping services are not included in room rate and not provide by unit owner.
- Supplies are not restocked by the owner beyond initial set.

- Please if you need to wash anything from the unit during your stay do not mix colors with whites. Due to color bleed the whites will be ruined and results in additional charge to replace damaged items.
