Wonderful Stay

We go on an Annual Adults vacation and we had the best time here. The location is so close to the beach and the pool was great. The place was clean and they had chairs/towels for the beach. We would stay here again if we came back to Hollywood area.

Lovely!

Lovely unit in a great location with easy beach access and lots of restaurants nearby. The condo was very well equipped in every way even with regards to beach chairs, towels and toys & balls for the kids to enjoy. The whole family had a great time!

Spring break 2025

Would definitely recommend staying here, the condo was very clean, comfortable and had all anyone needs to make you feel at home. Area was very peaceful and clean compared to Miami Mid-beach where we stayed last year. Beautiful beach, clean, warm and relaxing pool area. If you don’t mind relaxing walks you have all the necessity stores within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Definitely a positive experience for this vacation. Age group ranged from 18 yrs to 90 yrs accommodating for all!

A lovely little gem

The property was perfect for our family of four for a quick holiday vacation. A very clean home in a good location, with most restaurants a walk or quick Uber ride away, and excellent pizza place across the street, and shopping a few miles away. The hosts are excellent communicators, and I greatly appreciated that they made us feel so welcome in their home. I highly recommend.

Great repeat stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and really enjoyed it. The owners are very responsive to questions, and the property is centrally located right near the beach with everything you need! I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and clean

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Valet let us pay a flat rate of $10/day so we could self park in the lot the whole stay, which was perfect for us!

Nice place close the beach

This was nice place close to beach. The Apartment was clean and host was communicating well. The nearest shop is 7/11 cross the Street and Walmart which is half miles away.

Perfect condo for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation! The condo was perfect for our family, loved that the floors were all tile, easy to sweep and keep clean. Lots to do in the area, or simply sit on the balcony, enjoy the ocean view, drink my coffee, and spend time praying in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The location was great! Right off the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Straight drive down Ocean to Miami. The condo layout was good and spacious for 3 people. Security and valet was very good. The only downside were the beds in the second bedroom. The mattresses felt like box springs.

Overall, very comfortable condo and facility. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Easy access to the beach, (not much of a view from the condo, but we knew that going in.) LL had beach chairs, and other gear available in the closet which was really convenient. Staff were very courteous & helpful. Landlord was very timely and accurate in all communications. I’d definitely recommend renting from this LL again in the future. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Enjoy the Beach.

had a great time and the space was wonderful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. The view was spectacular. Please have the lock checked as it was the only item that gave us issues when it would not lock or open as expected. sometimes it took six or seven tries to have it open or close.

Nice family spot

Very clean! Comfortable beds and living spaces. Kitchen had the basics, would have preferred a Keurig over the giant 12cup mr. Coffee, but the other appliances are nice. Loved having the beach chairs and toys in the closet! The beach is easy to access, and the pool area is clean and nice. Game room requires ID, so my teens weren't alllwed to play there, and that was a bit of a disappointment. The hosts did accommodate a late check-out for us, which was excellent. The surrounding area is very busy and crowded, traffic is terrible at all times of day. The cleanliness and comfortability of the condo was very good; overall it was a great spot for a family vacation.

Pros Close to everything Nice beach area Clean pool Extremely clean unit with everything you need (including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler) Beds are super comfortable Nice view of ocean 4th floor so stairs are feasible 7-11 right across the street for snack runs Walmart 0.5 miles away Cons Building a little dated in the common areas One of 2 elevators not working so fairly prolonged waits Unit overlooks parking lot and some of the valet workers set off the panic alarm to find the cars which is incredibly annoying (just some, not all) Would definitely stay here again with my family of 4!

Clean, comfortable, beautiful beach

I stayed in this unit for a week with my husband and adult children. The unit was very comfortable. The owners were extremely nice and very available and accomodating. The kitchen was well equip which I loved as I was happy to be able to prepare meals. Although the main view is of the parking lot, when you go on the balcony you are able to see the beach and the pool. The sunrises were beautiful. You do pay for valet parking which was $10 a day. We have stayed in other buildings on the beach and the parking at those buildings were more expensive. The laundry is conveniently located steps from the unit which was wonderful to have. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the unit but does have to do with the building. The lobby is pumped with fragrance which we found to be offensive. Since I am a health advocate, I was bothered that all guests and tenants are being exposed to an unknown fragrance.
