Beautiful property and pool. Upscale appliances, linens, and furniture made a quick weekend away feel luxurious. Host was very helpful.

Fabulous home for our family over 4th of July weekend. The kids loved the pool, we loved the grill and well-stocked kitchen, and the master bedroom mattress and sheets were heavenly. Lyn was very responsive to every question we had. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Rainfall Retreat property. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious, with everything we needed to truly relax and be present. The pool and sauna were fantastic touches and made the space feel like a perfect retreat. Although we didn’t use it, the outdoor TV is a NICE bonus!The location was excellent (off strip!), and the house itself was even better than we hoped for. The linens were luxurious and felt buttery soft. Clean, white linens make the difference. Even the pillows were VERY COMFY! It was the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy your surroundings, and genuinely spend quality time together.The host was OUTSTANDING when I accidentally locked myself out; they went above and beyond to help me and made what could have been a stressful situation completely manageable. Their responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, relaxing place with an exceptional host!

5 stars to the property owner - 3 stars for the management company. We booked the home for the exterior features: the pool, spa and outdoor TV, as we wanted a comfortable place to spend time at while visiting the area. We requested the spa information the morning of day 2 and did not receive a response for 9hrs. Unfortunately the outdoor TV was broken during our week long stay, and assurances that it would be serviced “ASAP” did not come through. The pool was left with a vacuum in it the whole week that only worked two of the days (the first, and day 3 after we expressed how disappointed we were in the pool maintenance), so by the time we called it quits and left a day early, the pool floor had quite a bit of debris despite the owner coming on the 3rd day to show us how to work the system - located directly beside the primary bedroom. Bring earplugs!We could definitely feel that this home is new to the rental market and still working out kinks with the management company. Nothing in the home was labeled or clear for protocol, so the dishwasher chimed constantly (finally ran it just to get it to stop), the fridge randomly chimed throughout the day, the hot tub heat is behind a locked gate that you need to request access to, there are no notes or checklist for check out. The home itself is very attractive, comfortable beds, extensive linens that were fresh and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with gadgets galore! The owner clearly went above and beyond.

We did our best to address each request as promptly as we could, but unfortunately the technician for the outdoor TV blind motor was only available after your stay. Seems like a “Model Home” it had so many designer features. Kitchen was definitely on the upper end of compared to similarly priced rentals. I would stay here again.
