Sweeping ocean, Catalina, whitewater, and coastline views from the main-level living room and designer-done kitchen with island and top appliances. Off of the living room sits a home office with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The beach-level great room is perfect for lounging or entertaining with its seamless indoor-outdoor flow to one of the most sought after, sandy beaches in Malibu. Wake up to captivating views from the primary bedroom and the spa-like bathroom with steam shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, and walk-in closet; three additional en-suite bedrooms complete the third floor. The fifth bedroom on the ground-floor doubles as a fantastic home office, guest room or gym.
Other amenities include: security system/cameras, several large flat screens, gated driveway, remote-controlled window shades, central HVAC, wine fridge and more.
