This is a new backyard guesthouse full of modern style. This place is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit with washer and dryer. There is no stove. However there is a griddle for making breakfast and an airfryer for preparing quick meals. The place has night glow with LED lights on nightstands, living room table and bathroom mirror. This place is a must see and perfect for a short getaway. No more than 2 people allowed.

Very clean, home away from home, easy access to Georgia University and not to far from Atlanta Airport. Definitely would stay again and refer to friends and family!

Property was very tidy, and photos were accurate. Be aware that it is a separate trailer on the back of another property. There is no bending on the occupancy - no more than two people at any time.

Very well appointed home. Perfect size for a short stay. It had everything I needed. I was concerned about the location of the home (in the backyard of the main house), but due to the outside lights (when I got back late at night) I felt perfectly safe! The only issue I had was the house was not ready to enter at the promised check in time. I had to contact the host to get the check in instructions because I did not receive it at the promised time. I had to wait to enter the home due to it not being cleaned (allegedly due to someone checking out late). The host did communicate well regarding this matter, but in the future I hope this doesn’t happen again.As I stated, gorgeous property! Thanks for the stay!

Very nicely decorated, very clean. There was no cooking faculties and location was not further out than we expected.

Clean nice place to stay

The place was just as advertised. Clean, modern, functional. I especially appreciated that there was a washer and dryer, full size, in the place..My only complaint was that the neighbor had six dogs that barked throughout the night. A minor issue.

Was an absolute catfish. Neighborhood did not line up with the pictures shown on the app. Will not ever recommend this place to anyone. We did not stay at the property. Ended up getting a hotel room. Would like to get my money back if possible.
