Spacious, breezy condo w/upstairs loft bedroom and two lanais.
Renovated townhouse has both a king & queen size bed in the upstairs loft, as well as a pune'e bed in the downstairs living room. All linens provided.
Renovated bathroom with a rainforest shower.
Fully stocked kitchen, and dining area that seats six complete this Princeville retreat.
Rear lanai with dining table for four also has BBQ grill.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach towels provided.
Access to laundry machines available on request.
Please note - owner occupies a separate unit with its own private entrance and a locked door between the two units.
Please note that Taxes of 17.75% will be added to price. (10.25% Hawaii Transient Accomdation Tax, 4.5% General Excise Tax and 3% Kauai County Transient Accomodation Tax) Hawaii Transient Accommodations Certificate of Registration Number: TA:203-150-2336-01 TMK-540-050-1800-04
