This room was clean to our satisfaction. It was not perfect but you could tell it was cleaned and it smelled fresh. The pictures matched what you get . Very close to the beach . It was an AMAZING view. Check in was smooth . The parking garage connects right by your room . Host was very timely in responding. Good location of property.There were some bugs outside on the balcony at night but none inside .

Room pictures had 3 beds and two rooms. Had 2 beds and had to share my room with kitchen and bathroom. When I confronted front desk about wrong room they said they don't have rooms with 3 beds.Didn't even have a couch. Dishes were dirty and didn't have dishwashing soap so I could clean myself. Staff was very friendly. Parking spots were way to small resulting in someone scratching my car. They did have a lot of pools and Jacuzzis and staff was very pleasant but other than that don't recommend

We’re sorry that there was confusion regarding the layout and bedding configuration of the unit. The listing includes a room diagram that shows the arrangement of the space, with a bed near the entrance, the kitchen area in the middle, and the front room with a bed. It does not show a separate living room or couch, and we list the available bedding as two beds. We understand how important it is for guests to have clear expectations before arrival, and we will continue to make sure the listing information and photos accurately represent the unit. We also apologize for the issues you experienced with the dishes and missing dish soap. We will address this with our housekeeping team to help ensure the unit is properly prepared for future guests. We’re sorry as well to hear about the difficulty with the parking spaces and the damage to your vehicle. Thank you again for your comments and for recognizing our staff’s efforts.
